Housing on the ground floor of 65 m2, with private tiled patio with awning and furniture (large table and chairs-hammocks) by which it is accessed. Fully equipped (air conditioning, hob, washing machine, iron, utensils, bed linen, towels, etc.).
It has two rooms: one double and one double with a trundle bed. Living room with double sofa bed. Full bathroom (shower with screen).
Large independent kitchen, with 2 pantries and dining table. Patio terrace with furniture and awning. Located in a family urbanization, very quiet with a large pool and another one for children, both community, tennis court inside the urbanization, soccer field, petanque court and playground at the door. Close outdoor paddle installation. Near the beach Moncayo, of fine sand, with blue flag, not crowded. Access by wooden walk and protected natural area.
Easy parking, in front of the door of the house.

small wintering

With four elderly people, we stayed there for four weeks. We had a great time. The apartment was in excellent condition. There is very good WiFi and a satellite TV available. The beach was within easy walking distance. The bus connection is good and nearby, with the bus stop at La Rosa. Groceries can be delivered by Mercadona Express from Guardamar.Wim

El Moncayo

The patio was fabuleus, the bed was good.But in the advertise stond a swimmingpool. That is only open from 1/6 -1/10. It was 26 degrees in october, november. The glasware was straight from the flea Market and not complete, only one wineglas. Several pans ware so bad and carcinogenic. There were only 3 standing reclining chairs with thin cushions. We recieved frinds and the you have not enough glasses and good chairs.

Maravillosa experiencia. La casa está recién renovada, baño, cocina, todo. La casa esta equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar, el equipamiento más completo de todas las casas de alquiler en las que hemos estado y tambien la mayoria nuevo o en perfectas condiciones. La urbanización super tranquila y la piscina es enorme y esta super cerca de la casa. Volveremos seguro.

Zona muy tranquila

Tanto Ana como Sonia con encantadora. El bungalow está precioso después de la reforma y muy cómodo, la urbanización es bastante tranquila y la piscina está al ladito del bungalow, la playa no pilla muy lejos en el momento en que pasas la pasarela de la autovía tiene un camión de madera con árboles hasta la misma playa, además es una playa muy extensa, el mar suele estar tranquilo, es perfecto si vas con niños y si te gusta pasear por la playa. El único pequeño inconvenientes que veo es que la urbanización está entre Guardamar del Segura y Torrevieja y el coche es necesario, pero estando de vacaciones siempre te animas a ver cositas. Yo repetiría sin dudarlo porque además mi hijo y ni hijas de 11 y 8 años hicieron amigas. Muy buena experiencia.

Prachtige locatie

Bungalow staat op een prachtige locatie maar voor het geld dat ik er voor hebt betaald is het het niet waard. Het hele huis stinkt dag en nacht naar rioollucht, liters bleek aan besteed. Doorgezakte slaapbank in de woonkamer als bank. Ik heb reuma, artritis en fibromyalgie dus niet goed voor mijn lichaam. Geen WIFI. Het is 2022, belachelijk. WIFI van Engelse buurvrouw gekregen. Het terras was als enige fantastisch, groot en vrij van inkijk. Dit huis krijgt van ons een dikke 5!

Agréable séjour

Logement fonctionnel.Points négatifs l odeur d égout dans la salle de bain si celle-ci est fermée,à résoudre rapidement car désagréable le matin ou pendant la douche.Micro- onde un peu vieux capricieux par moment.A par cela cartier super calme ,une super grande piscine dans la résidence le boulanger qui passe le matin à part le samedi et dimanche.La plage à 20 mns a pied avec sa petite paillote.Et je voulais aussi signaler le super boulot du jardinier qui entretien la résidence toujours nickel 👍👍 bravo a lui .Donc je recommanderai cette location.

Urlaub gut,Wohnung nicht ganz ok

Sehr gute , ruhige Lage ,Strand mit feine Sand, sehr breit und lang,wunderschön. Das Haus liegt in eine sehr ruhige, schöne Wohngebiet , ca.15 min zu Fuß zum Strand, mit Auto 4 min. Leider das Haus ist Renovierung bedürftig, die Kanalisation in Bad richt sehr unangenehm. Isehr starke Zigaretten Geruch in Schlafzimmer,die Schränke richen muffig und in die Küche haben wir 3 kakerlaken gefunden. Wir haben aber das beste gemacht und trotzdem unsern Urlaub genossen. Wir würden in Umgebung gerne wiederkommen aber nicht das Haus nochmal buchen.

Urbanization

Das Feriendomizil liegt in einer typischen spanischen Urbanization. Es ist mit den Dingen des täglichen Gebrauches ausgestattet. Sehr schön war der äußerst gepflegte und große Gemeinschaftspool. Allerdings muss man im Haus mit landestypischen Ungeziefer leben, was nicht jedem Gast gefallen wird.

Verouderd huis op goede locatie

De vakantiewoning ligt op een prima locatie in een oudere urbanisatie. De zee is op 15 minuten loopafstand en een grote rommelmarkt om de hoek. De inrichting is gedateerd, wel compleet. Het is zeker geen 6 persoons woning, zelfs 4 personen is lastig omdat je een uitschuifbed hebt in de 2de slaapkamer, maar dan de kast niet meer kan gebruiken. Douche en toilet zijn erg oud en het rook zeer onfris, ondanks het iedere dag schoonmaken. Er staan dan ook veel luchtverfrissers .in huis. Er is geen WIFI. Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad, maar gaan dit huis niet meer huren.

Estuvimos muy bien

Es un bungalow muy confortable para 4 personas, nos sentimos muy bien. Está perfectamente situado si buscas tranquilidad pues la urbanización es muy silenciosa con gente muy amable y educada. La casa en verano comodisima sobre todo por el porche con toldo donde hicimos toda la vida. Varios ventiladores en la casa y aire acondicionado en el salón te permite no pasar calor. Menaje de cocina suficiente. Piscina muy buena. Si quieres ir a la playa está cerca de la pasarela que tienes que cruzar para llegar a las dunas que te llevan a la playa. Ana y Sonia muy buenas anfitrionas. Lo único que nos incomodó un poco fue el olor de las tuberías del baño que entiendo es ajeno al bungalow. Sitio totalmente recomendable.

Muy buena

La estancia fue muy buena y muy amables las personas de contacto. Estuvieron muy atentos para que tuvieramos una estancia muy buena. La piscina era muy tranquila y muy limpia. La playa había que andar un poco porque es un espacio protegido, pero el camino es bonito y habia sombra de los árboles para descansar. Los muebles eran un poco antiguo pero tenían todo lo necesario. Un defecto es que faltaba una persiana en unas de las habitaciones. Si buscas tranquilidad es muy recomendable para ir a bares, compras es necesario coche

14 Wochen wohlgefühlt

Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt! Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Besonders schön ist die Terasse mit Südausrichtung um die Sonne zu genießen. Die kleine Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ansprechend und die Nähe zum Strand ist toll. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, wir kommen gern wieder!

MAGNIFIQUE VACANCES

Joli bungalow comme sur la photo bel emplacement plage facile d'accès ,quartier très agréable ,belle rencontre avec un quartier fort sympathique ,notre arrivée un peu difficile car nous ne parlons que le français petit souci vite résolu on nous a envoyé un gentil Monsieur parlant le Français Merci à vous pour ces belles vacances à bientôt

This property is in a very quiet area out of season if you like to have a drink or a meal you will definitely need a car as the only bar/restaurant opens when they feel like it .The property in general could do with a facelift the place is clean enough but really needs decorating the bathroom isn't adequate.If they want to rent to British people they need to get English TV and wi fi also it is advertised has having a swimming pool and tennis courts but you don't get access to them as you need a key One good thing they have a lovely English couple living next door
