Located on the 5th floor of a secure luxury high rise looking out over roof tops to the mountains. Elevator, hardwood floors, beautifully appointed with high-end furnishings. This condo has been featured in national magazines and books.
2 bedrooms with queen beds, luxury linens, fireplace, AC, Sonos sound system, washer/dryer, fully outfitted gourmet kitchen with island and stools, dining table.
No pets or children under 18.
For monthly, non-peak season rental beginning September 2026 discounted rate $4495 not including VRBO fees. $250 cleaning fee for monthly rental.
NOTE: Saratoga is about to enact STR regulations there may be taxes involved in nightly charge.

Excellent condo downtown

We really enjoyed this condo. Everything is very clean, new and works well. It is professional decorated, and located in a very nice building with parking underneath. The kitchen was well equipped, and the furnishings were all top-tier. The property owner is courteous and easy to work with.

This property is first class and the location is the best.

We came to Saratoga Springs for the horse racing and stayed almost two weeks. The location is walking distance to the best restaurants and spots on Broadway. The building was secure and clean. The tenants were so nice and ready to answer questions and help in anyway.

Perfect location and Excellent place

We stayed for the whole month of May and could not have been happier. Excellent location. We had great communication with the owner, one block off of Broadway, and a heated parking garage. Will definitely rent again.
