The Villa is in a private domain (only accessible with code). Parking, large terrace, heated pool, TV - WIFI, BBQ, bowling and table tennis (ping-pong), air conditioning in the 5 bedrooms.

For the high season: the prices are fixed and not according to the number of people: thank you to consult the owner for the price.
Outside high season, prices are for 2 people + supplement per person. The number of rooms available are based on the number of people (to discuss with the owner). But the Villa and its garden with swimming pool are available only for you (1 tenant).

The neighborhood

Very popular location: several beaches are close(10 min walk) including the famous beach of la Nartelle and you will have the advantage of not using the car to reach the center of Sainte-Maxime by the simplibus (2.5 euro the day).

Join in 5 minutes the center and its typical pedestrian area: traditional restaurants, bars and sidewalk cafes, food trades, grocery stores, ice cream parlors, bakeries, old covered or street market, carousel for children.
