On the first level a well-equipped kitchen, with access to the laundry room and a dining area that opens onto a small private courtyard, perfect for breakfast or to enjoy, watching a beautiful sunset, your favorite drinks ..
Upstairs are accessed via 10 steps.
Living room with sofa and two armchairs, television and desk.
At the same level a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs the master bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bidet ..
The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher.
The property is surrounded by a private land of about 6 hectares and a large well-wooded garden available
of the guests.
The shared pool is about 20 meters from the house, surrounded by a delightful garden of medicinal plants.
