Fully licensed for holidays .. This high-quality, well-equipped 3-bedroom detached villa is excellently equipped for travelers who wish to spend a quiet holiday. The 7 x 3 m pool has a heat pump that is on and included in the rate from November 1 to April 30. In the other months You can request, request a rate. The villa is geared towards mature guests looking for an independent lifestyle vacation away from the main hustle and bustle. The views from the terrace are virgin and panoramic from the south of the island to the port. There are 2 terraces for outdoor dining. It is recommended that a car be useful, but not essential, since the road to the center and the main food shopping area (lidl) is less than 10 minutes with local bus stops along the way. The villa is a 5-minute drive from the local golf course. The villa is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, large television screens, multilingual channels, Wi-Fi. Air conditioning unit in the lounge / living room. This villa is a perfect base for golf breaks or activity breaks, such as cyclists or jogging. Welcome packages are available, request a fee.

Casa Breia

Great Villa with everything you would need. Good quiet location. Well equipped rooms with plenty of outdoor space. Pool was great as were sunbathing areas beds in good condition with umbrellas provided for shade. I would book again.

We had a lovely stay in Maria’s villa. The private pool was an added bonus. The property is very spacious and was very clean. Two of the bedrooms had an air con unit (extra amount to pay when you arrive.) The outside space is also large with lots of seating areas and a BBQ as well as the lovely pool. We would definitely recommend this property who is looking for a lovely clean and spacious property in Puerto Del Carmen.

We have just returned from the most wonderful stay at Villa Breia.We received the most warm welcome and were even given a lift to the airport,nothing was too much trouble We have stayed in many villas and this is by far the best.Furnishings ,rooms ,facilities are all second to none and the view from the balcony is stunning.Pool area has plenty of sun loungers and great barbecue,and even has wonderful evening lighting including the pool! We can’t wait to return

We had an amazing 11 days in the villa, it is an absolutely beautiful house, so clean and spacious. It was our first time staying in a villa and we throughly enjoyed it and will be doing it again. The pool was fantastic, cleaned approx every 3 days. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was a 10 min walk to Lidl and approx 20 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. We would highly recommend this villa to everyone and hope to return in the future.

Stayed for a week in april

Spacious villa. Quiet location. Great pool area and many outside areas to bathe or eat. Lidl 10 min walk Good 20 min walk to main bars and restaurants so not good for people with mobility issues unless they have a car. Smart tv in most rooms. Could do with having 2 set's of keys . Great sea and mountain views and see more building work going on so do hope this will not effect the lovely views in the future.

Wonderful communication, the Villa was well equipped and was everything it said on the tin.

The facilities were great for us and both Maria & Francisco were very attentive to our needs, they guys even made a birthday cake for my wife which was a fantastic surprise and very well received. Thanks again guys.

Wonderful villa in a private setting with fantasti

We booked this villa Breia as it had just come in the rental market and really were pleasantly surprised with the standard of accomadation. The photos truly portray the villa and the interior design is an credit to the owner. You can tell she has done all with a lot of time and respect for her property. We really appreciated and enjoyed every minute we stayed. The location is peaceful and still just a few walk into Puerto del Carmen. The lical supermarket is Lidl about 2 min drive / 10 mins walk. The golf course is literly 2 km away. We would recommend this cilla to thise looking for something special away from the hustle and bustle.

Wonderful villa

We have been many times to Lanzarote and can truly say this time we found the perfect property. Everything about the villa was so well thoughtout and in great condition. The interior design is fantastic and the management were spectacular. Highly recommended. For people looking for a quiet relaxing problem free property . it's also perfect if you like golf, cycling , walking or sight seeing holidays. Thanks to Lyn and all the team
