The house is in a quiet position with lovely views and is ideal for discovering the Casentino, the verdant mountains of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine. Peace, a mild climate, beautiful countryside and a warm welcome from local inhabitants make this valley the ideal spot for a lovely summer's vacation.

The outdoor area adjacent to the house is equipped with gazebo, chairs and barbecue where you can have outdoor meals, also available to the guests a laundry room with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board. The 5x10 m (depth 1.10-1.70 m - open from 05th April to 11th October) fenced swimming pool is located in the middle of a green space surrounded by olive trees and equipped with veranda with sitting area. Furnishing, comfortable and cozy is in the typical Tuscan style. Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
