We had a very nice stay here. There were a few repairs that needed doing, but management was responsive and these should no longer be an issue. There are very few supplies provided, so be ready to head to a nearby store. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood.

Newly remodeled
We were surprised to find out the house is not very conveniently located. Walking to town and back a few times a day was not really possible so we used Uber quite a bit. Neighborhood was decent but not fancy, more of a working class area. We felt relatively safe as a group, but didn’t feel comfortable walking alone to/from the house at night. Unit was recently remodeled and furnished with affordable quality finishes and furnishings. Inside was Clean, simple and functional. Outside was not well kept.
There were 6 adults who stayed at the Waterloo residence. The location was wonderful to easily access the buses/tube to all major attractions. It was quiet at night. The backyard is a wonderful place to gather and chat about the day's activities. Would highly recommend this flat!
Very nice stay. The location is pretty good. There are local restaurants, pubs, and a grocery store. It is a bit outside the main London attraction area, but if you figure out the subway lines, which is not hard, it is a breeze to get anywhere in the city. Only thing we would change is the sofas in the living space. They are quite uncomfortable, and could be replaced. Otherwise, we had a great time for 6 people.
