Salobre Las Terrazas 2 is a holiday home for guests who appreciate comfort, natural light and a carefully prepared space. Full-height windows at the front and back of the house allow the light to move through the living areas during the day, linking the interior with the terrace, the small garden and the views towards the golf course and the sea.



Located in the Las Terrazas complex within Salobre Golf Resort, this home offers a very pleasant way to enjoy southern Gran Canaria: breakfast outside, time in the jacuzzi, a seat in the rear garden, and evenings after a day at the beach, on the golf course or around Maspalomas.



The property offers 103 m² of living space on a 350 m² plot and can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot. The house is distributed on one single level, although there are some steps to access the entrance. Its layout is clear and comfortable: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and a living and dining area with kitchen.



The outdoor areas give the house much of its personality. There is a terrace, covered terrace, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, parasol, garden, parking and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi adds a special rhythm to the stay: morning light, late-afternoon colour or a moment at the end of the day with the Salobre landscape around you.



Inside, the house continues that sense of a well-designed home: modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated, with a spacious and practical layout. It includes unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating, satellite TV, Spanish TV, music system, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, safe, hairdryer, cot and solar panels.



The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer and blender, as well as an iron and ironing board for longer stays.



Your booking includes bed linen, towels, pool towels, final cleaning and mid-stay cleaning with linen change for stays of more than 10 nights.



Small pets on request by extra charge.

Security deposit: €300.00.

Not available for groups of young people.

Smoking is not allowed except in the outdoor areas.
