The apartment is approximately 90 m2 on the second floor of a building with an elevator. Equipped with a large balcony and spacious rooms and all completely renovated recently, kitchen, living room with TV (swisscom TV 500+ channels available) and is located near all the main services, train and bus stop 200 meters away, Coop supermarket 50 meters away and Fox Town reachable on foot in about 10 minutes.

Ich war mit meiner Familie da und ich hab 2 Kleinkinder eins davon ist nicht gut auf den Beinen. Der Boden in der Unterkunft ich weisses nicht genau aber seit einer längerem Zeitraum nich gewischt worden , weil sich schon sehr viel Staub auf den Boden ersichtlich war.

Urlaubstage in Mendrisio

Wir haben drei Tage in Mendrisio übernachtet und uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle sechs Personen (Eltern und vier Teenes) hatten genügend Raum und konnten gut schlafen. Der Hund hat sich ebenfalls wohl gefühlt. Die moderne Küche war zweckmässig eingerichtet. Mendrisio war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Italien, an den Luganersee und in die umliegenden Berge.

Die Wohnung war sauber, es gab ausreichend gegenstände, Decke, Bezug usw. Es kam ekstra 2 Chf täglich pro Person für steuer. Ich wusste es nicht vorher. Es sollte im Service gebühr gewesen sein. Sonst alles gut

Urlaub in tessin mit Kindern, sehr schön!

Wir haben zwei Wochen mit meine Frau und unseren 4 Kindern in der Wohnung verbracht.. Die Wohnung hat Platz genug für uns alle gehabt,besser als erwartet, Parkplatz ist vor dem Haustür vorhanden, Supermarkt ist 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar, See ist 5 Kilometer entfernt, riva san vitale, sehr schön für Familien mit Kindern ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen! Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Magnifique séjour ! Appartement propre, calme et très bien situé à côté de la Coop et de la gare CFF et proche du centre-ville. Propriétaire très accueillante et serviable; elle nous a même fourni une liste de restaurants de la région suite à une conversation.

Es war zweckmässig

Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Leider kann die Vermieterin gar kein Deutsch und der Vermieter kann gerade so viel Deutsch für das Nötigste Leider wurde nicht gesagt, das der Lift momentan in Reperatur ist und das Treppenaus eine Baustelle ist. Die Umgebung war eine Blockhaussiedlung also nichts idyllisches. Positiv ist das es einen Coop in drei Min. in der Nähe hat und der Bahnhof etwa zehn Min. entfernt ist. Der FoxTown Outlett ist auch in der Nähe. Es war glücklicherweise schönes Wetter

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist bestens mit allem ausgestattet, es mangelte an nichts. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Obwohl es ein Mehrfamilienhaus ist, gab es keinen störenden Lärm. Einkaufszentrum COOP ist gleich in der Nähe, da kann man sich alles nötige besorgen
