Picturesque country house with private forest. Only 3 km. from Llucmajor

You won’t want to go out anywhere, this “finca” has it all!
The area is 100% rural and the contact with nature is total. It is situated in a small valley through which a torrent passes. The farm also has fruit trees and a typical Mediterranean forest and amazing views to the holy mountain of Randa.

If you decide to relax and sunbathe, you can enjoy one of the sunbeds next to the small but refreshing pool or enjoy with a good book on one of the terraces which offer spectacular views of Randa mountain, the sanctuary of Gracia and the hermitage of Sant Honorat.
For those who love hiking, there are walks through the farm, (150,000 square metres), a private tour where you will find ancient charcoal ovens and restored “barracas (farmworker’s huts)”.

The upper terrace, shaded by a grove of pine, olive and holm oak trees, is a magical place to relax and enjoy breakfast after an early morning stroll. A glorious spot to share a bottle of Cava in the afternoon or have a barbeque with family or friends using the outdoor wood fired oven.

The bedrooms are spread over two floors. The house is decorated in a rustic “mallorquín” style, with warm antique wooden furniture, but without giving up modern amenities, such as satellite television (international channels) and Wi-Fi.

There is an open plan living room and kitchen with a large table for up to 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and a wood-burning grill.
The laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is very practical.
The house offers three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two large single beds. A bathroom with shower and a toilet. A baby cot is available on request.

SERVICES AND NEIGHBOURHOOD

The plot is fenced and, because the land is extensive and there are no neighbours nearby, the privacy total. You will have access to the entire property and enjoy it exclusively during the time of your stay.
In the surroundings you will find rural routes to go walking or cycling.
You can walk to the town of Llucmajor, since it is only 3km away. You will find excellent supermarkets, restaurants and all the services you may need. Including 24-hour medical service.

Llucmajor is located just 20 minutes from Palma, known for its extraordinary Cathedral, and very close to the Golf Son Antem for lovers of this sport. Other very interesting places to visit are the small town of Randa and the Sanctuary of Cura.

Dream beaches such as Es Trenc and Sa Rápita are a 25-minute drive away.

I would love to but I don't have flexibility in check-in and check-out times, so I recommend that you plan your arrival and departure according to the established times.

To ensure it's preservation during your stay, I will need access to the garden and an adjacent shed (not the house) to perform maintenance tasks.
