Picturesque country house with private forest. Only 3 km. from Llucmajor

You won’t want to go out anywhere, this “finca” has it all!
The area is 100% rural and the contact with nature is total. It is situated in a small valley through which a torrent passes. The farm also has fruit trees and a typical Mediterranean forest and amazing views to the holy mountain of Randa.

Enjoy a private swimming pool designed exclusively for your holiday: 11 x 3 metres, with gentle saltwater chlorination, ideal for sensitive skin and children. Surrounded by a natural wooden deck overlooking the Mallorcan countryside, it is perfect for swimming, relaxing, or enjoying calm lengths. Just for you!

For those who love hiking, there are walks through the farm, (150,000 square metres), a private tour where you will find ancient charcoal ovens and restored “barracas (farmworker’s huts)”.

The upper terrace, shaded by a grove of pine, olive and holm oak trees, is a magical place to relax and enjoy breakfast after an early morning stroll. A glorious spot to share a bottle of Cava in the afternoon or have a barbeque with family or friends using the outdoor wood fired oven.

The bedrooms are spread over two floors. The house is decorated in a rustic “mallorquín” style, with warm antique wooden furniture, but without giving up modern amenities, such as satellite television (international channels) and Wi-Fi.

There is an open plan living room and kitchen with a large table for up to 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and a wood-burning grill.
The laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is very practical.
The house offers three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two large single beds. A bathroom with shower and a toilet. A baby cot is available on request.

SERVICES AND NEIGHBOURHOOD

The plot is fenced and, because the land is extensive and there are no neighbours nearby, the privacy total. You will have access to the entire property and enjoy it exclusively during the time of your stay.
In the surroundings you will find rural routes to go walking or cycling.
You can walk to the town of Llucmajor, since it is only 3km away. You will find excellent supermarkets, restaurants and all the services you may need. Including 24-hour medical service.

Llucmajor is located just 20 minutes from Palma, known for its extraordinary Cathedral, and very close to the Golf Son Antem for lovers of this sport. Other very interesting places to visit are the small town of Randa and the Sanctuary of Cura.

Dream beaches such as Es Trenc and Sa Rápita are a 25-minute drive away.

Ein wunderbarer Geheimtip

Ganz ehrlich? Von außen macht die Finca im ersten Blick nicht viel her … aber ihre inneren Werte sind was zählte für uns! Die Finca liegt abgelegen von dem Trubel von Mallorca und verfügt über einen wunderschön großes Anwesen mit Wald mit Granatapfelbäumen, Zitronenbäumen, Feigenbäumen usw. auf dem man bereits wunderbar spazieren kann. In der Finca ist ein wunderbarer großer Raum in dem wir uns gemeinsam abends gerne aufgehalten und gegessen haben … Aber vorallem haben wir die seitliche Terrasse genossen … so sehr dass wir quasi nur vor Ort zu Abend gegessen haben. Der Blick auf den Berg und die Ermitage ist wunderschön und die Wanderung auf den Berg ist spannend und kurzweilig. Tomeu war ein wunderbarer herzlicher und freundlicher Gastgeber der uns liebevoll begleitet hat. Für uns ist / war die Finca ein Geheimtipp und wir freuen uns sicher nochmal widerzukommen.

Une semaine parfaite loin des foules au coeur de la haute saison

Ce fut une grande chance de séjourner dans cette vaste maison isolée en pleine nature face montagne de Randa. Les magnifiques volumes des pièces à vivre, aménagées avec soin et sans ostenstation la rendent particulièrement agréable d'autant que la chaleur (et les petites bêtes) n'y rentrent pas. La piscine et la table de ping pong font le bonheur des enfants qui s'époumonent sans embêter personne. Bartomeu est l'amabilité même et distille de bons conseils. quilerfffffgggggttt

Ruhe und Entspannung in einem wunderschönen Haus

Das überaus geräumige Haus liegt auf einem großen Grundstück mit Zitrus- und anderen Obstbäumen. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnt ein Wanderweg, die Aussicht ist so herrlich wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen, etwa 10 Minuten außerhalb von Llucmajor zwischen anderen weitläufigen Grundstücken. Nachts konnten wir direkt am Haus einen aufälligen Vogel (war es womöglich eine Zwergohreule?) hören, einmal kam abends kurz ein Fuchs zu Besuch. Das Haus ist mit einem großzügigen Wohnbereich und drei separaten Schlafzimmern (eines davon mit 2 Doppelbetten) ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung vor allem des Wohnbereichs ist schlicht, teilweise einfach, aber dabei sehr geschmackvoll und mit Sinn für Ästhetik ausgewählt. Statt der sonst in Spanien üblichen Eiche-Rustikal-Möbelhaus-Einrichtung findet man hier neben einigen wirklich alten Stücken eine massive und großzügige Küche, dazu einige handgefertigte Objekte wie verschiedene Lampen – insgesamt eine gelungene Mischung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr basic, aber wir hatten letztlich alles, was wir brauchten – und wir kochen viel im Urlaub. Eine Grundausstatung an Pfeffer, Salz und Öl wäre toll gewesen, aber vielleicht lag das auch an Corona oder allgemein daran, dass das Haus zuletzt vielleicht nicht oft vermietet war.

NOUS REVIENDRONS !

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette propriété, nous étions 4, et cela nous a beaucoup plu. Le propriétaire, qui habite non loin, a été très gentil et à l'écoute dès que nous avions besoin de quelque chose, et nous a bien offert 1/2 journée de bateau, durant laquelle nous avons pu nous baigner en pleine mer, ce fut très sympathique ! avec apéro à la fin ! La maison en elle-même est grande, le salon salle à manger agréable et grand, et la terrasse dehors nous permettait de manger face aux montagnes, agréable sensation d'être seuls au monde ; un peu de temps pour aller aux plages mais cela vaut le coup. Il y a des ventilateurs dans presque chaque pièce pour les fois où il fait très chaud. En résumé, nous avons bien apprécié et si nous revenons à Majorque, nous reprendront cette maison !

Beautiful finca and very kind hosts!

We were staying in that finca for one week in July. The kids have been really enjoying the pool while it was too hot to move. The inside of the finca is even more beautiful than the fotos suggest. Nevertheless being inside isn't required to relax - there is no neighbor, no screaming on the pool. It is perfect. Beaches can be easily reached with a rental car. P.S. The hosts are very kind and supportive with suggestions what to visit and in case something is needed. P.P.S. If not already obvious: highly recommended.
