Great place. We loved the pool and all the amenities were as expected. Close to store, beaches, and an hour drive to many different places to do sightseeing.

The villa was even better than described. Maria was very helpful at every stage, and suggested local towns of interest, places to shop, and good restaurants, both local and further away. When we had one tiny hiccup she sent someone round within half an hour to help us sort it out. We had plenty of towels, both shower and beach. The kitchen was very well appointed with more than enough crockery and glasses for a large group. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was quiet and effective, and the fitted mosquito nets worked well. Altogether we had a wonderful week and wished it was longer.

Wonderful stay

Terrific break. Great location, just next to the sea and a 15 minute walk to some wonderful restaurants in this idyllic, traditional Spanish fishing town. A great property, clean and spacious with superb grounds and a lovely pool. Maria, the host, couldn’t have been more helpful. Overall, a fantastic property and holiday experience!

Small village beach getaway

The small village in walking distance offered multiple great experiences. Also the sea and the pool offered great refreshment. Good for a starting point for day-trips if you have a car.

Relaxation time!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. We came to rest after a busy couple of weeks travelling and this was the perfect place to recharge. We were in the pool everyday - it is not heated but it was warm to us Canadians. The kitchen is well stocked with the supplies you need and even came with a welcome gift bottle of delicious wine. The beach was so close we could hear the waves from the house. Walking through the back garden was beautiful as you could smell the orange blossoms on the trees. We used the bikes to get into town to buy some groceries from the well stocked Spar. We spent most of our meals eating outside in the beautiful outdoor space and even used the charcoal barbecue a few times as well. Our children are 12 & 9 and there was a bike for our 12 year old, but none that would fit our 9 year old. It would be perfection if there was a smaller bike for use. If you want to get out and explore the area, I would suggest having a car, but you can take the bus to Vinaros, which requires cash to pay or prebook online. When our stay was over, Maria made sure we got to our bus back to the airport on time, even at an early time in the morning! Right from the start, Maria was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond to messages, and had great suggestions for the area and how to get around. Thank you again Maria for such a great holiday!

Die Villa meiner Meinung nach, hat keine 300 qm, eher 200qm. Die Schlafräume sind klein sowie auch die Betten und Bäder.Das Bad im Außenbereich hatte einige Mängel. Die Küche ist groß genug, die Geräte sind alt jedoch sind diese zum größten Teil funktionsfähig. Das Wohnzimmer war gut, hatten wir aber kaum im gebrauch . Der Essbereich im Außenbereich war top. Das Internet war in Ordnung. Die Außenbeleuchtung ist mit einem Timer eingestellt und konnte für zwei Stunden nicht angeschaltet werden. Schade war, dass die Poolbeleuchtung nicht separat geschaltet werden konnte. Der Strand ist wirklich nicht weit aber nicht wirklich schön. Im großen und Ganzen war es gut aber keine 5 Sterne. Die Gastgeberin Maria ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Sie hat uns viele Tipps für die Ausflüge gegeben. Dankeschön

Hola Galina y amigos , Gracias por tus comentarios que sin duda son importantes para nosotros. Respondo a todos ellos : - la casa si tiene 300 metros , teniendo en cuenta los porches terraza cubiertos y la parte trasera cuarto de lavado. - los dormitorios y las camas son de tamaño estándar en España. Camas individuales de 90cm y camas de matrimonio de 1,60. - los baños son más bien pequeños pero con todo lo necesario. - los electrodomésticos ,tanto la nevera como el lavaplatos ,como microondas tienen como máximo tres años. - en relación al baño exterior ,hemos solucionado el pequeño problema de la alcachofa de la ducha atascada por la cal del agua . Nos hubiera gustado saberlo durante vuestra estancia pues lo hubiéramos solucionado rápidamente. - el objetivo del temporizador de las luces exteriores y piscina es evitar el gasto innecesario de energía. Ha sido un placer que disfrutéis de nuestra casa en un entorno tranquilo, natural y rural , al lado del mar. Pensamos que este es el valor añadido Que ofrecemos a nuestros clientes.

Wir haben eine tolle Familien-Woche in Marias Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das Haus ist etwas älter aber sehr gepflegt mit viel Charme. Der Garten, Pool und Patio sind ein Highlight. Der Strand (auch ein Hundestrand) ist nicht einmal 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Maria hat uns herzlich begrüßt und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns sehr schöne Ausflugs- und Restaurant- Tipps gegeben.Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit .

Traumhaus

Das Haus ist Traumhaft, in nur 2 Minuten ist man am Steinstrand. In 14 Minuten per Auto am Sandstrand. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreicht man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten . Restaurants und Bäckerein in der Nähe. Viele Tipps durch die Vermietern was und wo man was erleben kann. Wenig Touristen. Wir kommen wieder.

Todo perfecto

La casa es muy bonita, muy cerca de la playa y del pueblo, el espacio exterior de la casa ideal para jugar con los niños, pueden correr en un espacio seguro, las instalaciones cómodas, lo único a destacar que la escalera para subir al piso de arriba es un poco peligrosa con niños pequeños, pero con supervisión, no hay problema! Repetiríamos encantados!

Gran Villa

Todo genial la amabilidad de la propietaria. La Villa con un jardín, huerto y piscina para poder disfrutar mucho con niños. El entorno muy tranquilo y cerca de sitios de interés. Muy buena opción

Excelente lugar y trato

Hemos estado una semana y hemos disfrutado muchísimo. La casa es una maravilla y el jardín con la piscina son un lujo. La anfitriona siempre muy atenta y detallista. Sin duda repetiremos.

Maison très agréable, bien équipée et au calme
