Das Ferienhaus entsprach im Wesentlichen der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist super, allerdings recht laut zeitweilig, da es direkt zur Hauptstraße hin liegt.
Die Ausstattung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind ok.
Preis-Leistung ist angemessen.
Vermieter / Verwaltung gut zu erreichen und netter Kontakt.
Wir würden wieder kommen!

Das Objekt entsprach im wesentlichen des Online Inserats.
Es ist jedoch empfehlenswert die Holztüren und -fenster
zu erneuern. Sie sind in einem nicht mehr so gutem Zustand.
Ferner wäre ein neuer Anstrich wünschenswert.
The house was a good choice for us with a big kitchen, convenient outside space and great location with walking distances to beach, going out, shopping and public transportation. The rooms have a good size to stowe away things and the bathrooms have all it needs. The washer (just cold water) is handy to fresh up beach wear and towels.
Location, size and pool access. Quiet community and convenient parking if needed. House was very clean.
Kitchen accessories should be replaced (pans and pots). The coffee maker could be improved. Maintenance of the house should be better: entrance doors not working properly and door knob loose. Shower drain should be cleaned, broken light bulbs should be replaced. Couch and chair in the living room uncomfortable. So are the beds, even though they seemed clean and quite new. Quality of mattresses is awful and we all had no comfy sleep. Please check things like shower heads and sliding doors between renters to make sure all is working properly.
La casa rispondeva alle aspettative. Ci sono tutte le dotazioni che ci si aspetta da un appartamento al mare. Il valore aggiunto è il giardino con ampio spazio per mangiare e stendere i panni. Aggiungerei solo delle persiane a una delle tre stanze che ne era priva.
