About this property

T1 fully refurbished in 2018, excellent balcony with plants, sunny, TV and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, dishwasher and laundry. FREE WIFI. Next to pastries, cafes, supermarket etc, a stone's throw from the beach but very quiet. Free parking nearby. Access is at ground level with only a few steps, but the apartment has the first floor balcony.
Great location for walking on the huge beach of over 10km or the village of Altura, small, flat and quiet town where you can find everything for well-being and zero stress. You can also play golf with several golf courses nearby, starting at 3Km. Perfect also for visits to the Castro Marim Salt Marsh, Salinas, Cacela Fort, Ria Formosa, Castro Marim Castles, bike rides on the bike path, agricultural zone, etc.

Note: The indicated price does not include supply of sheets and towels. However, we can provide them at an additional charge of € 20 per person and per pack of linen and towels per week (not required).

Local muito agradável e excelentemente equipada... Não falta nada lá… Perto da zona de restaurantes, uns 200metros max. O Acesso á praia são 5 min. uns 300 metros Aconselho a quem goste de estar bem perto de tudo

Sehr schönes Apartment in einer ruhigen Lage. Strand in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Apartment sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr grosser Balkon. Wenns geht, kommen wir wieder.
