Elegant, comfortable and bright villa, surrounded by greenery on the slopes of Etna, 500 square meters of which 100 square meters of apartment, 4 terraces, a small garden and a slide that welcomes 3/4 cars. The structure is all on one level. The rooms are all renovated, air conditioned and heated. It lends itself to comfortably accommodate a family or a group of friends traveling. The location is ideal for beautiful trekking days, excursions on Etna or white weeks. Very close to the center of Nicolosi, close to numerous places where you can taste typical products.
With an hour or less by car you can reach Taormina or any beach.

La casa ai piedi dell'Etna a ca. 800 m di altezza è ben attrezzata, accogliente, corrisponde al 100% alla descrizione ed è un punto di partenza ideale per escursioni nella zona: Etna, Taormina, Catania, Aci Trezza, Aci Reale, Siracusa, ecc. Abbiamo viaggiato con una sedia a rotelle e la casa e ideale anche per persone con mobilità ridotta.

Tolle Lage

Sehr netter Vermieter. Übergabe hat super geklappt. Lage am Fuße des Ätnas. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Taormina, Catania oder Wanderungen in der Nähe. Lage ist ruhig. Unbedingt an Moskitoschutz denken.

Das Haus macht einen sehr edlen Eindruck, so wie man für sich selbst die Einrichtung gestalten würde.
