An old mill, completely renovated, in the middle of nature

An old mill, completely restored, located in a piece of land between 1 stream and a stream, completely surrounded by nature with a large garden and swimming pool in complete privacy. Upon awakening, the only noises will be: the gushing of water and the singing of the birds. Possibility of extensive walks thanks to the proximity of the Belagaio park and the Val di Farma park. Just 40 minutes by car from Montalcino, and from the wonderful coasts of the Maremma. Instead moving inland, half an hour by car we find the Abbey of San Galgano, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra, the Chianti hills and many other wonderful villages to visit.

Wunderbare Familienzeit in absoluter Ruhe

Wunderbares Ferienhaus in der Natur mit großem Garten und traumhaften Pool. Wir haben eine Woche mit unseren Kindern (3 und 5) dort verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist relativ steil. Für uns war das kein Problem, unseren Jüngsten haben wir anfangs herunter gehoben, danach ging es auch alleine. Die Vermieterin war sehr, sehr freundlich und sowohl Ankunft als auch Abreise waren absolut problemlos. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, ausserhalb des Ortes, mit einer guten Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Roccastrada, ca. 15km entfernt, Ziele wie Siena und Umgebung oder ein Ausflug ans Meer sind innerhalb einer Stunde Autofahrt erreichbar.
