We are Alessandro, Sonia and Giulia and we are happy to welcome you to our home. A cà da Susi is an apartment with 200 square meters of private garden, parking below and a splendid panoramic view of the city, the seafront and the Apennines, to which you can admire splendid sunrises and the red of sunsets. The house with independent entrance is complete with everything you need to make you feel at home and in complete relaxation. It has a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen complete with a dining table, a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge, a kettle and everything you need to be able to cook freely, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room. The garden will allow you to live in complete freedom your relaxation and to have dinner at the singing of crickets and cicadas and to be able to enjoy the barbecue in order to cook tasty grills. A hundred meters from the apartment there is a small playground for children, a supermarket and a delicious pizzeria restaurant with a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea. In the equipment of the house there will always be bed linens, bath linens, soaps and a hair dryer for personal care and household cleaning products. We have a travel cot for the little ones and a high chair for baby food.

Great view at a quiet spot

The apartment was comfortable and the hosts were so welcoming and helpful! The apartment is not right next to Old Town La Spezia, but the old town is easily accessible via car or bus in about 10-15 minutes. We liked how quiet it was, and that it had a magnificent view of La Spezia! Absolutely beautiful.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre und in die nördlicheToskana.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Schöne, gemütliche und bestens ausgestattete Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Schöner Garten mit schattigen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. In 10 min. ist man in La Spezia, mit guten Cafes und schöner Palmenpromenade. Auch Cinque Terre gut zu erreichen. Ja, es ist wirklich sehr bevölkert von Touristen und teuer, aber wir fanden die Wanderung von Vernazza nach Corniglio hat sich gelohnt, vor allem da es nicht heiss war. Ebenso schöne Wandermöglichkeit im Parco botanico um Montemarcello.

Super Urlaub

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen empfangen. Auch unser Hund wurde herzlich begrüßt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht. 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto in die Stadt.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, sehr schöne und ruhige Umgebung, grandiose Sicht auf die pulsierende Stadt, sauberes geräumiges und komfortables Quartier, Cinque Terre und Golfo dei Poeti sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen, sehr gute Pizzeria in 250 m ebenen Weges zu erreichen (Al Settimo Cielo), wir waren hier nicht zum letzten Mal.

Perfekte Lage für Unternehmungen in die Chinque Terre

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in La Spezia und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, von der man einen schönen Blick über die Stadt und den Hafen hat. Die Lage ist gut, da man auch zu Fuß in die Stadt, zum Bahnhof, oder auch z B. für Bootsfahrten an den Hafen laufen kann (dauert allerdings jeweils ca. 45 Minuten, ist aber wrklich machbar). Die nächste Pizzeria mit tollem Ausblick ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Alles in allem war es für uns die richtige Entscheidung, ein paar Tage dort zu verbringen.

Mooi met negatieve dingetjes

Prachtig uitzicht, mooie ruimte en tuin! Minpunten: Douche liep niet goed af- zaten haren in de afvoer. WC stonk- geen wc reiniger aanwezig, te weinig wc papier. In de tuin zouden normale lekkere stoelen een goede toevoeging zijn.

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub im März bei sonnigem Wetter!

Sehr schön gelegenes Apartment mit Blick über den Hafen von La Spezia. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Cinque Terre und den Golf von La Spezia. Die Anfahrt war perfekt beschrieben worden und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und abends wurde sogar noch extra für uns geheizt, weil es im März noch etwas kühler abends war. Es war ein sehr entspannter und schöner Frühlingsurlaub.

beau séjour proche du golfe des poètes

nous avons passez un très bon séjour dans ce logement, bien équipé, très propre et avec une une superbe vue. nous avons été accueillit par Giulia, la fille du propriétaire qui est très chaleureuse et sympathique. le logement est dans un quartier calme et tranquille avec un un emplacement pour une voiture devant. grazie mille a Giulia!!!

Schöner Blick über La Spezia

Ein gut ausgestattetes Apartment für 2 Personen. Liebevolle Betreuung durch den Gastgeber, der ein paar Tage vor dem Einzug nützliche Informationen per Messenger (auch Signal!) verschickt hat. Anfahrt auf den Berg über enge Straßen spätabends etwas sportlich.

Wonderful host and wonderful place

We really enjoyed the communication with the VRBO host. They met us so we could enter the place easily. They also told us the best places to visit. Keep in mind you need a car to stay at this place or use Uber to get from the train station. (10 mins). The place has a beautiful kitchen with a dishwasher, and a great bathroom and a comfortable bed. We highly recommend this place.

Ferien in in der "A cà da Susi"

Wir waren vom 03.09. - 14.09.2022 in La Spezia in den Ferien. Die Unterkunft "A cà da Susi" war sehr sauber, mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und gut gelegen. -> Oberhalb von La Spezia, ruhige Gegend, Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustüre. Von der Unterkunft ist La Spezia Centrum ca. in 30min. zu Fuss zu erreichen, mit dem Auto ca. 5-10min. , je nachdem ob man einen Parkplatz findet oder nicht. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr einfach und zuvorkommend/herzlich. Alessandro und Sonia (Herr und Herrin der Unterkunft) gaben uns vorgängig noch per Whatsapp Tipps für unsere Ferien. Die Ferienwohnung wurde uns von Giulia (Tochter der Besitzer) gezeigt. Sie gab uns noch weitere wervolle Tipps für unseren Urlaub. Danke Giulia :) Alles in allem war es ein super Urlaub, mit grandioser Aussicht auf die Stadt. Gerne werden wir wiederkommen. Danke vielmals an Alessandro, Sonia und Giulia. Wunderbares Appartement in La Spezia

Ein wunderschönes Appartement oberhalb der Stadt mit Garten, Pavillon, Grill und mehr. Haustiere sind willkommen (wir hatten 2 Hunden dabei). Schöner Blick, sehr sauber! Es führt ein Fußweg (Treppen) hinunter in die Stadt. In ca. 40 min ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Es lohnt sich! 🥰 Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und versorgen die Gäste mit allen Infos, aktuelle Veranstaltungen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Fahrpläne... Einfach perfekt! ❤️

Super Ferienwohnung

Sehr saubere und eindrucksvolle Ferienwohnung. Die Klimaanlage war im sehr heißen Sommer nachts vorteilhaft. Internet funktionierte einwandfrei und man hatte bis auf die Terrasse guten Empfang. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf La Spezia ist wahnsinnig gut. Die Terrasse / der Garten ist hervorragend. Die Möglichkeit eine Waschmaschine zu benutzen hat einiges erleichtert. In der Nähe ist eine super Pizzeria, wo man auch die Pizza mitnehmen kann. Hervorzuheben ist auch die bequeme Kommunikation per whattsapp mit den Vermietern.

Beautiful place to be with caring host

A cà da Susi is a compact apartment furnished with a lot of love with a beautiful terrace and small garden. We loved to sit on the terrace enjoying the beautiful view over La Specia and our hiking tours starting from the house to Chinque Terre (Riomaggiore) and Porto Venere coming back to La Spezia by boat. Alessandro, Sonia and Giulia had a very worm welcome for us and gave us some special hints regarding local events, suggestions for day trips and restaurants.
