Breathtaking, Beachfront, 2bed 2bath remodeled Princesa de Penasco condo.
Newly Remodeled, beautiful Ocean Front condo with unobstructed views of the beautiful sea.
Grab your bags and come to experience little paradise,called Rocky Point MX. This Condo is on the 3rd floor A building (closest to the water) with an undisturbed view Sea of Cortez and the Point(Malecon) with light house. Princesa Beach Resort is situated in the exclusive Sandy Beach area of Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), which is a vacation destination set against the Sea of Cortez - known as the Gulf of California with clear, deep blue waters.
The condo is fully furnished and equipped with EVERYTHING you might need while staying here,all the utensils provided. Condo equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher,washer and drier. Electronic includes smart TV,s in the Living room and Master bedroom with Fire stick (has unlimited world wide channels that is including EVERYTHING) NFL games and all movies, kids channels. You will be able to log in to your Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts to use that for your entertainment. Also, don't forget to bring your computer - WiFi connection in the unit. Both bedrooms have king size beds. Comfortable mattresses will help you relax after all day playing on the beach and new air conditioning will keep you nice and cool while you sleep. Brand new sleeper sofa in the living room. Filtered water stand in the room! Living room has a desk with the chair. We have new super comfortable patio furniture on the balcony and bench for extra seating.
Pick your spot from the pool side chair with umbrella, outdoor dining tables near bbq, your own private balcony at the condo, chaise lounges under Palapas (palm canopy) on the sand, or in the bar-restaurant to watch the game.Make sure you experience Many restaurants in town with life music and entertainment.
Kids and adults can enjoy banana boat ride or jet sky. Plenty vendors with MX goodies and food trucks with unlimited Pina Coladas or fruit baskets right on the beach. No need to go anywhere! Massage Ladies are amazing!
Visit MX Rodeo Drive for gifts to yourself or friends and family. Fish market is a must to visit!!! Pick up fresh shrimp or fish for cooking while staying or take home for friends! Volleyball and bocce courts, Mini Mart and famous Colin’s Cantina Restaurant in the resort. 8 extra palapa were install Fall 2016! Swim up Bar at E pool!!! Yes,it’s heated in the fall-winter-spring

You sleep in until the sound of the waves wakes you up. Put on sunglasses and hats, make a cup of coffee and walk down to the water to pick up shells or look for sea treasures on the beach. Visit the Princesa Colins restaurant/bar with amazing Sunday brunch and endless mimosas ,Bloody Mary is a must. Food is great and reasonably priced. lay by the pool or under la palapa. If shrimp is on the menu for dinner just drive near the Malecón /old Port and see many fish vendors. Drive to Encanto beach for oyster bar called El Barco,right on the water to eat those fresh oysters and look out to beautiful blue waters. At night,if you like life music,head to Wrecked at the Reef or Banditoes bar. Max,s is a great breakfast place with best Bloody Mary in town. Boo Bar has good food,music and wonderful sunset views!!! Try Leo’s bar. Always great music and good food. Princesa is the smallest of the condos and the size allows great personalized service from the staff.
