Comfortable and cozy country house, Mallorcan style, with pool. This property is located at the entrance of Puerto Soller (10 - 15 minutes walk), among orange groves at the foot of the mountains that surround it. This house has one of the few flat gardens in the Sóller Valley; What makes it especially recommended for families with children. Its large pool (saline water) and solarium, the barbecue and the large covered porch allow you to fully enjoy the outdoor space. The interior of the house offers a spacious design, with air conditioning in all rooms. The large 3-story house has 6 rooms; five of them in the main house with en suite bathrooms (walk-in showers) renovated in all rooms (except 2 that share a bathroom). One of the rooms, on the ground floor, is ideal for the elderly. The sixth room is located in an annex with private entrance, ideal for a babysitter. Cot with reservation and confirmation before arrival. The property has parking for 3 cars. The property is fenced, which makes it ideal to be able to leave the bikes with peace of mind. The price does not include the eco-tax, it must be paid by the guests upon arrival. Electricity is paid at € 0.255 kW / h and diesel consumption for heating at € 1 / l.

This was my parent's already family house. After the refurbishement, I started to let it as a holiday rental. My son, also, helps me with the check-in and check out.
Why they chose this property
This is a Mallorcan family house with a beautiful orange and lemon orchard. The house is perfect for families, trekkers and cyclists. Just behind there is a walking path house which leads you to the Port or the mountains. The property is fenced, cyclists can leave their bikes on the porch.
What makes this property unique
The pool and its large solarium, the barbecue and the spacious outdoor spaces are difficult to find in this mountainous area
