Villa Maria is recently decorated and refurbished in a very clean and luxury style.
One of the few houses in southern Kefalonia not destroyed by the 1953 earthquake and a fine example of the preseismic style of architecture. In the 19th century, particularly since 1863, it hosted the notary's office of the region.
