The house is located 150 m from the beach. You have all the shops nearby. Everything can be done on foot. The place is quiet the house is nice
A garage allows you to store sheltered bikes, nautical equipment. You also have a large driveway to park up to 2 vehicles and trailer.
At the back of the house a large terrace allows you to fully enjoy the sunny climate of the region with bbq, deckchair and garden furniture available.
the interior decoration remains simple classic. The kitchen is new, the facelift dates from this year May 2019. The interior paintings have all been refreshed and we are going to modify the furniture to bring more comfort and give more modernity.

Sejour bien agreagréable able

Maison de ville idéalement située, proximité de la plage et de tous commerces. Espace de repos autour de la maison tres appréciable les jours de tramontane. Seul bémol, le service de la conciergerie pas assez impliqué et peu attentif à la propreté des lieux et à l'etat des ustensiles de ménage, pas de balayette, balais usés jusqu'à la corde et ourlés de touffes de poussière bien épaisse, aspirateur à bout de souffe et pas plus propre. Sommes assez déçus sur ce plan là, c'est dommage, ça a terni un peu les atouts de cette maison.

grande maison, 3 chambres, 2 salle d'eau et 2 wc(très appréciable si nombreux) équipé pour manger à l'extérieur, à 150 m de la plage, 400m du port, bien située pour aller visiter le bord de mer jusqu'à Collioure voire l'Espagne, à 30mn vers l'intérieur des terres( Thuir , Iles/tet...) ou ballade à pied sur St Cyprien même........

Super séjour

Maison très agréable à deux minutes de la plage de Saint Cyprien. Les chambres sont spacieuses, meublées de grands placards et bureaux, les deux salles de bain fonctionnelles. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse à cause du temps en cette fin octobre ; mais il est évident que c’est un grand plus à la belle saison avec mobilier de jardin et relax. Cuisine très bien équipée. Manque linge de maison. Les environs sont très agréables. Grand coup de cœur pour cette location.

Logement très bien équipé, à 200 M de la plage (idéal avec des petits), à 10 min de marche de la fête foraine (idéal ados). Possibilité de garer 2 voitures dans la propriété. Marché dominical au pied de la maison. Pratique pour rejoindre d'autres lieux sur la côte ou dans les terres afin de visiter la région.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé d’agréables vacances dans cette maison idéalement placée près de la plage et dans le centre ville.Nous avions tout le confort et l'espace ,seul petit bémol il n y a pas de wifi pour avoir des informations que l' office du tourisme nous a donné. Je vous recommande cette location elle est géniale
