The house is on an exclusive Grade 2 listed Terrace, a stone's throw from Caernarfon Castle and the old town center. Full of bijou shops and fabulous eateries, restaurants and ice cream parlours. In front of the Terrace is the estuary to the Seiont river. Boats and wildlife are among the forever changing scene. The steam railway station is 50 yards from the front door. Snowdon base is 20 minutes by car or a bus can take you there in 30 minutes. Zip World is also 20 minutes away by car.

This is a beautiful property with fantastic views and the castle and the Seiont Estuary, with endlessly changing scenes from the windows of boats, coastal birds and people watching.
What makes this property unique
Within a stones throw and the Castle and the Town, yet on a quiet street. Caernarfon has an abundance of excellent pubs and restaurants.
