Monumental building in the center of the ancient Rome

A very quiet monumental building, it's an open space with a double bed, a kitchenette, internet WI-FI, TV, air conditioner and a hand-painted bathroom with shower.
The apartment has a rare minimal effect based on the effects of the white and black.

Smoking is not allowed.

The clearing fee (€ 40) is not included and will be paid in cash (euro) at the arrival.

The tourist tax (€ 3.5 per night, per person) is not included and will be paid at the arrival.

Check-in: 2 pm. - 10 pm.
Check-in after 10 pm. at the price of € 30.

Check-out by 10:30 am

Guests are invited to arrive at the apartment.

There will be an extra € 35 for the check-in during the following days: December 25th, January 1st and Easter's Sunday.

Great stay, perfect location. Great bakery/coffee shop behind building, great (all natural gelato) out the door to the left about 100 feet, pharmacy across the street, beautiful church across the street. Grazie Mille!

We liked the location of this property. It was convenient for almost everything you would need or want, including a laundromat (because there is no clothes washer). There is a bus stop and taxi stand across the street. The room itself was not very good. The furniture was old, especially the bed. The mattress was lumpy and needs replacement. Getting a good night's sleep was hard to come by. There was a hot plate, but no microwave. The bathroom was worse. The shower was small, moldy, and smelled. We realized the note for "don't throw paper towels in the toilet" really meant to not flush toilet paper and put it in a tiny trash can. There weren't any other trash cans available so disposing of any garbage, let alone used toilet paper was not an easy thing to do! It's unfortunate how convenient this property location is because we won't be coming back.
