The studio in Benavista Estepona is located very close to Estepona and has capacity for 2 people with 25 m2.

Located in a beautiful Andalucian style urbanization with communal pool and beautiful green spaces.

Communal pools and other facilities might experience seasonal closures, and weather conditions could also affect the possibility of using these services outside of the regular seasonal closures.



The studio has a pleasant terrace where you can enjoy the warm climate of the Costa del Sol.

Decorated in an avant-garde and elegant way, the comfortable studio has WIFI, central heating, air conditioning, outdoor parking and television.



The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



The property is located in El Paraiso Area close to shops and restaurants.

The beach is very close, only 5 minutes by car and also in the vicinity there are several golf courses like Villa Padierna or El ParaĂ­so Golf course which makes it ideal for golfers.



From its location it is very easy to visit the emblematic town of BenahavĂ­s named Gastronomic Corner of the Costa del Sol.

You can also visit Puerto BanĂșs and the beautiful historic center of Marbella, as they are very close by car.

Nice apartments complex

Nice apartments complex. Clean room, bed was very soft which is a problem for people with bad back and also quite narrow for two. Kitchen was nicely equipped, just the kettle wasn't good. There's a near-by highway which is quite noisy. Beach is walking distance, there's a pedestrian bridge across the highway.

perfect for a solocouple nice location , did a lot of walking , perfect for purpose . nothing flash but then doesn’t need to be . water was hot every morning , pool was nice , complex was secure , dealings with getting the keys the first day was all positive and effortless perfect quiet complex , suited to most people who like keeping to themselveseven suit older people also. I don’t think young piss heads would be welcome 😂, which is actually perfect not having to listen to them .

Eine sehr gepflegte Wohnanlage mit GĂ€rtnern und wöchentlicher Treppenhaus Reinigung. Nette Nachbarschaft. Die Lage der Wohnung super: in 8 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand, Bushaltestelle direkt neben der Anlage. Mit dem Bus in 17 Minuten in Estepona, nur 4 Stationen nach San Pedro, Marbella auch gut zu erreichen. Neben der Anlage eine GeschĂ€ftszeile mit Restaurants. Ein Bio Supermarkt und klassische SupermĂ€rkte auch nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen in den 5 Wochen Aufenthalt. Netter und Freundlicher Kontakt mit meinem Gastgeber. Die ganze Vermittlung etc. war prima. Ich wĂŒrde wieder buchen.
