PERSICO by KlabHouse,flat on the 1st floor recently renovated, has a splendid lake view in every room, WIFI and balconies that make it an excellent solution to spend a holiday with friends or family.

The apartment is located 150 meters from the lake and the center of Laglio, a village famous thanks to the villa of George Clooney used by the actor during his stay in Italy.

The bus stop is just few meters from house but we recommend to have a car

The building, immersed in the quiet atmosphere of this small town located on the banks of the lake a few steps from the small beach, is an excellent starting point for visiting the island Comacina, Cernobbio, Menaggio, Como, Bellagio.
Milan is only 63 kilometers away and can be reached within an hour's drive.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement très agréable et très fonctionnel. La vue sur le lac est magnifique. Il est possible de se garer le long de la route du bas, qui longe le lac, mais aussi le long de la route qui longe le village par le haut. Arriver le samedi peut être un problème, le trafic étant très dense et les embouteillages nombreux durant l'été.
