Lisbon tour

The location and apartment is great for fit people who don't mind stairs and walking to and from the historic sights. The beds were comfortable, the Wi-fi terrific, and the 3 bathrooms were a bonus. It was quite cold in the apartment but it is December. The amenities were spartan but had all we needed for a short stay.

Thank you for the feedback about your recent stay. I'm very happy you appreciated the comfort, the amenities, and the location of the apartment. As mentioned in the ad, the apartment doesn't have an elevator and, therefore, is not suited for people with reduced mobility. Most of my guests enjoy the central location in a historical neighborhood and find it easy to get around. I'm sorry you had a different expectation. It was a pleasure hosting you in Lisbon, hope you had a great time in the city.

Très décevant

Il y a de vraies différences entre l’annonce et la réalité de cet appartement, qui ont rendu notre séjour assez désagréable. Si vous êtes 4 personnes, cela peut encore aller, au-delà ça demande des efforts : la chambre du haut est en réalité pour une seule personne, le lit étant d’une largeur de 1,20 mètres. Et mieux vaut ne pas mesurer plus d’1,70m pour utiliser sa salle de bain. Dormir dans le canapé lit du salon exige un masque, car il n’y a ni rideaux occultants ni volets. L’appartement vieillit rapidement et semble très mal entretenu : les rideaux du salon sont sales et ne remontent pas jusqu’en haut, il manque pas mal de couverts et plats, et l’un des rideaux occultants de la chambre du haut ne ferme plus complètement. L’agence vous répond quand elle veut : réactifs pour nous fournir un radiateur supplémentaire (car l’appartement n’est pas chauffé, donc preparez-vous à avoir froid pendant 24h avant que les petits radiateurs électriques réussissent à réchauffer le logement) ; mais ils nous ont laissés en plan quand nous avons découvert que le lave-linge ne marche pas - pour finalement nous répondre, après pas mal de sollicitations, qu’effectivement il est « out of service », point barre. Accessoirement le quartier n’a aucun charme, et l’isolation laisse à désirer, notamment quand le bus ou le camion poubelle passe sous les fenêtres de votre chambre. Bref, vous trouverez sans doute mieux ailleurs.

War gut!

Hatten schöne 5 Tage in Lissabon. Die Wohnung ist für 5 Personen super. Das obere Zimmer hat jedoch nur eine Höhe von 1,80m und ist deswegen eher für kleinere Gäste gedacht. Die Anbindung in das Zentrum ist in Ordnung. Direkt in der Nähe fährt der Bus 735 und ca. 5-10 min entfernt, kommt die berühmte Straßenbahn 28

L'appartamento è bello e curato, la posizione è ottima perché vicino c'è la fermata dell'autobus. L'unica pecca è che non c'è il riscaldamento, quindi prima di arrivare è meglio avvertire il proprietario di accendere.

Tolles Apartment, leider ohne Balkon

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist super. Für 6 Personen waren die Räumlichkeiten etwas zu klein (1x Schlafzimmer mit 1,4m Bett, 1x Schlafzimmer mit 1,2m Bett, 1x Schlafzimmer mit 0,9m Bett, Schlafsofa mit 1,4m). Der im Inserat beworbene Balkon war leider nicht vorhanden, was für uns ein wichtiges Kriterium war. In Summe aber ein toller Aufenthalt.

tres bel appartement. 2 chambres pour 2 personnes avec salle de bain et toilette 1 chambre d'une personne avec toilette et lavabo. petit bemol, pas d'eponge, sac poubelle. nous avons paye, comme prevu, la taxe de sejour et surprise nous avons du payer le nettoyage de fin de sejour qui n'etait pas prevu!
