Lovely, spacious, well presented apartment in a great location on the outskirts of Funchal.

This was our 2nd stay in this block of apartments & we weren’t disappointed. This apartment is spacious & well presented. It has a well stocked kitchen, a good sized balcony to catch the morning & early afternoon rays, a large tv & a lovely, comfy bed. It is a short (5-10 mins) walk from Forum Madeira shopping centre that includes a large supermarket & many other good shops. It is a pleasant 45-60 minute walk to the centre of Funchal or you can catch one of the many local buses €1.95 each per trip. (It is also close to the route of the SAM Aerobus route if you want a cheaper alternative to & from the airport). All-in-all, we had a very enjoyable stay here & would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a relaxing stay. Steve & Angela 11th May 2019

Désastreux

Nous sommes venus pour nous reposer et le logement est situé juste en face d'un chantier avec des immeubles en construction. Les travaux commencent à 8H00 et s'arrêtent à 19H30. Il est impossible de se reposer et de profiter des extérieurs. Il y a des vibrations des travaux qui remontent jusque à l'appartement. Les photos mises dans l'annonce datent de bien avant les travaux. Notre séjour a été un désastre et nous avons demandé à être relogés ailleurs. A l'instant nous sommes toujours dans l'attente de savoir si nous allons être remboursés et nous avons dû avancer tous les frais pour le nouveau logement.

Espectacular estadia

Gostamos muito do apartamento, dispõe de todas comunidades para uma boa estadia. Os espaços comuns do condomínio estão muito bem cuidados (piscinas, jardins campo de ténis), o espaço para as crianças encontra-se em manutenção (parque infantil). A localização é excelente, fica muito perto do centro do Funchal. Gostamos muito, recomendo...
