This carefully converted former dairy sits at the edge of the Peak Park, with easy access to the Pennine Way.. All on the Ground Floor:

Kitchen/dining room: (1 Step), Gas Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine
Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bathroom: (1 Step), Roll Top Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Patio with sun loungers. Courtyard (shared). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 18 steps with no handrail to the parking area. Please do not book if you have mobility issues.. On the edge of the Peak District National Park this attractive converted former dairy can be found in the pretty Saddleworth village of Delph. Set within the courtyard of the owners’ farmhouse, the cottage has been converted retaining many original beams and is furnished and equipped to a good standard throughout.
Saddleworth lies in the West Riding of Yorkshire and covers over 18,000 acres, of which much is open land with breathtaking views. It’s made up of a collection of villages each with their own strong identity, fabulous real ale pubs and access to the moors. Delph village is around a 10-minute walk from the property and enjoys a range of local shops, pubs and restaurants; and just a mile from the property is the Pennine Way with 268 miles of the finest upland walking in England.
In around a 10-minute drive you can reach the wonderful Yorkshire village of Marsden home to a range of attractions including the National Trust Marsden Moor Estate and the Standedge Tunnel Visitors Centre. Within ½ hours drive you can reach Holmfirth, renowned as the home of ‘Last of the Summer Wine’, and within an hour you have the market towns of Halifax and Huddersfield, or the bright lights and attractions in the cities of Manchester and Leeds. Shops, pubs and restaurants ½ mile.
