Separate Toilet.. Gas central heating and electricity (£20per week November-March), bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. 1 medium-sized dog welcome. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Just a short stroll from Morecambe’s delightful promenade, this spacious house is ideal for family holidays, boasting a large enclosed garden and sun room. Very close to Morecambe Golf Club and Happy Mount Park, where children can enjoy the paddling pool, playground, miniature train, crazy golf and trampolines. Morecambe has lots to offer including the award winning jetty, multiplex cinema and Festival Market. Morecambe is ideally located for touring, with the Lake District, Flyde coast, Trough of Bowland and Yorkshire Dales all accessible. Shop and pub 100 yards.

Amazing location.

Amazing location. Good sized house and garden. Very clean. Only slight niggles were that the drive was blocked a few times and not especially toddler friendly. Some garden furniture would be great. Spacious comfortable house in ideal location for the promenade. The Lakes easily reached. Bus stops nearby. Only negatives are kitchen needs a series declutter.. did we need 23 mugs!? ..and should consider temporarily removing scatter cushions and a lot of books ( classed as unsanitized ) to help eliminate Covid 19 spread ? Amazing location, 2 minutes walk to the beach and a local park, easy walk to a pub and small shops as well as a nice cafe. Easy drive to the centre of Morcambe or about a 20-30 minute walk. Also a great base for driving up to the lakes or down to Blackpool. Lovely garden and garden furniture provided, lots of space inside and good sized rooms, our only improvement would be new mattresses as the ones in the master bedroom and double bedrooms especially are far too hard. Fantastic cottage.

Fantastic cottage. Small shops nearby. Round the corner from happymount park. Nice walks especially along the sea front. Bus goes into Morecambe. Cottage has all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine and WiFi. Lovely gardens. Would definitely go back

lovely cottage, very well equipped,wonderful large garden, very convenient location for sea front, park and shops. shower cubicle a little small for bigger people. Drive a bit tricky to get onto as road is narrow, plus a large caravan parked next door, but that might just be me, not very good at manoeuvring! would certainly recommend. WE didnt get the full benefit, as my Dad was admitted to hospital and we had to leave early
