Enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. This single-storey holiday apartment is just minutes from the beautiful beach of Porth on Cornwall’s north coast. Just along the coastal path is Watergate Bay with a mile of golden sands and in the other direction is Newquay with its surf culture, shopping, a zoo, a sea life centre, leisure centre, parks and gardens, golf course and tennis centre. Palm Villa has all you need for a traditional seaside holiday, and is a perfect base to explore Cornwall. Padstow, St. Ives, The Eden Project, Fowey and Lands End are close by and are a ‘must-see’ to experience this diverse and unique county. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 150 yards.

Palm Villa

We were very impressed with Palm Villa. It was lovely & clean, perfect size for us & was well equipped. Welcome package was a kind touch. Location was brilliant - just a short walk to Porth Beach. We hope to go back again!

We have just spent a brilliant week at Palm Villa. Chris and Muriel are the loveliest hosts and left a great welcome pack which our kids loved! The property is in a great location, minutes from Porth beach and only a 20/25 minute walk in to Newquay. Can’t fault a thing about the property or our stay.Thank you Chris and Muriel - we can’t wait to come back!

A lovely place to use as a base for the South West, close to all the coastal locations and attractio

A lovely place to use as a base for the South West, close to all the coastal locations and attractions and only a short walk from Newquay itself The owners were great, even rescuing us on our arrival day as the SatNav struggled, Chris drove out to find us and bring us in :) The only negative is that the owners lounge is directly above the double bedroom of the villa, so don't expect a lie in beyond 0900 as the TV was quite loud, it only affected us a coupe of times as most days were early starts heading out, but useful to know. We will stay here again :)

Spotlessly clean, modern and fresh ground floor apartment, with lovely sun trap garden. Big enough for our family of four, 2 good size bedrooms, a fairly large kitchen/ lounge and a lovely big modern bathroom. The owners are lovely and welcoming, and left us some nice treats for our arrival. You get your own off-road parking space. The apartment is located just outside of Newquay in Porth, within walking distance of the lovely quieter Porth beach, a pub, and bowling alley. Couldn't recommend this place enough, so much so that we've already booked for next August. Best place we've stopped in the area so far. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We had a lovely time at Palm Villa - it was thoughtfully furnished and set up, with comfortable sofas and beds. We had a very friendly welcome from Chris, and were greeted with a superb welcome pack of goodies! Location-wise, it's fantastic - a brief walk or drive to Newquay, and a couple of minutes walk to Porth Beach and Porth Lodge for drinks and ten pin bowling. Chris and Muriel (and their daughter) were very friendly, helpful and willing to give lots of recommendations for places to go in the local area. We had a great time exploring the Cornish countryside, and were very lucky with the weather - only two days of rain in 14! The garden is a lovely place to unwind after a long day exploring, and we enjoyed most of our meals at the garden table, spending the evenings relaxing playing games out there.
