We had a lovely week in the Summer House, even though the weather wasnt great. Loved walking in Wenclock edge through the trees with our dogs, which you can access just up the road. The garden is ideal as all fenced for the dogs to run around in. Enjoyed the views very much.Much Wenlock is a lovely place to visit, and can recommend the Pie shop.

Such a bright spacious living area and well equipped.
Such a bright spacious living area and well equipped. Comfortable bed, which is always very important. Beautiful location, well placed for Brown Clee Hills and Long Mynd. Much Wenlock is not far and is a pretty town. As others, we struggled to find it at first as we did not approach from Much Wenlock. If you come from the other direction, drive right through Easthope and look for a drive off to the left running almost parallel with the road.

A lovely setting, lovely view, friendly and helpful owner.
A lovely setting, lovely view, friendly and helpful owner. It had everything we needed, including washing up materials, dishwasher tablets and kitchen roll, plus hairdryer. The mobile signal (O2) was slim to none. The directions could be improved: the entrance to the Summerhouse goes off at an angle to the right. This is immediately opposite the campsite entrance, which is on the left. Coming down the hill, the Summerhouse entrance is actually the first thing you see, before you see the campsite entrance.

Lovely place so peaceful and isolated.
Lovely place so peaceful and isolated. Lovely facilities and well equipped although the dishwasher didn't wash the pots well so we had to them wash them by hand. It's not easy to find when you first go as the directions aren't very clear, and the sign outside isn't easy to see. Great for children as there is a lovely large garden which is fenced off so they can play outside.

A cosy retreat at a very reasonable price especially for a family break. Excellent views and private. Accommodation warm, bed comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. It would be nice if the T.V. was replaced for a newer model.

We absolutely loved this place, it was peaceful and gave us a great rest. It had everything we needed and was clean and welcoming. Our big Rottie just loved the freedom of the large garden, It was well enclosed and we didnt have to worry about going anywhere.
For what we wanted from our break it was great, we had the peace and privacy we wanted and the owner was a thoroughly nice gentleman. I would recommend this to anyone seeking a relaxing time away from the humdrum.

I recommended The Summer House to a friend while I was still there.
I recommended The Summer House to a friend while I was still there. Unfortunately I will not be returning, my mother & I both have mobility problems & the parking space was a bit far away from the cottage for us when carrying luggage back & for. If it wasn't for that we'd be back in a shot. Lovely spacious garden, cottage & garden really well kept.

Had a fantastic time.
Had a fantastic time. Summerhouse was everything we need to relax for 2 weeks. Haydn visited with a small hamper, very nice gesture. Our 2 dogs loved it. Visited shrewsberry, Ludlow, bridge north. Lots if things to do. Bring February a lot of the tourist attractions were closed till April. Will definitely book again.
