Just five kilometers from the center of Alghero, on the wild coast, this high quality villa is surrounded by a hectare of Mediterranean garden with palm trees, "bougainvillée" and a wonderful sea view.
The villa comprises on the ground floor, a beautiful kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a bathroom. There is also a mezzanine with a double bed in the living room. a beautiful terrace surrounds the house and offers an exceptional view of the sea and the Capo Caccia promontory.
On the lower level, there is a spacious suite with living room and private bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a second bathroom.
Next to the swimming pool, there is a 60 m2 studio apartment with sea view. Studio which includes: double bed, kitchen and bathroom. The 5X10 m infinity pool is with sea water. The park is a marvel of variety of trees, shrubs and ornamental plants integrated into the surrounding nature. ...

Fantastic holiday

We had a wonderful week in the Villa. It's a very cosy house. All the rooms are clean, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. The outdoor area and the garden are large. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset from the terrace. The pool is perfect with an amazing seeview. Agnes and Silvia are easily accessible for questions. This accommodation is highly recommended. Spacious villa with amazing views

Well equipped villa - although the coffee machine and dishwasher were not functioning (despite the assistance of owner). A/C works very well. Owner should provide better info on how to use équipement at check in (or post on équipement) offer a start basket (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc). And provide larger garbage bins - as guests have to carry all to the city. With the luxury of the house, some basics should be provided at first. There are only 4 bedrooms - the 5th bed is on a tinny and opened mezzanine. The 4th bedroom is separate from the rest of the house, on a much lower level. Like a « honeymoon suite ». There is no access to the sea - you cannot swim in front of the house. But the views and sunsets are incredible. From the house, pool and coves.

Es war eine schöne Woche, das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen uns es müssten einige Dinge gemacht werden. Die Housekeeperin war sehr nett, und hat einige Unannehmlichkeiten sofort beseitigt. Die Aussicht vom Haus und der Pool-MEGA.

Nous espérons que vous avez passé de bonnes vacances .le chemin en bois qui même à la piscine sera refait l’hiver prochain. Nous vous signalons que ce chemin a été fait pour permettre aux fauteuils roulants d’accéder à la piscine. Les personnes debouts ont d’autres accès .il n’y a pas de ramassage des poubelles aux villas paradisios, comme à pleins d’endroits situés en bout de petits chemins..Vous devez gérer vos déchets :avec une peu d’amabilité, Silvia aurait pu trouver une solution pour vous ….

Tolle Lage, super Ausblick, großes Grundstück und Haus mit viel Platz, schöner Pool, sehr gute Betreuung, direkter Zugang zum Meer. Könnte an manchen Stellen ein kleines Update vertragen (Strom, Internet, Interieur). Hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und konnten Sardinien in vollen Zügen genießen.

Alors nous sommes restés en famille la premiere semaine de mai La vue de la maison est super agréable. La propriété se trouve sur plusieurs niveaux ce qui n’est pas clairement mentionné dans l’annonce Deux etages dans le bâtiment principal et plusieurs volées d’escalier avant un sentier pour arriver à la piscine mais surtout à la chambre pres de la piscine Le chemin d’acces de la piscine devrait etre revu: vis apparentes, lattes mal placee Propreté: Litterie n’est pas de bonne qualite Humidité : les chambres sentaient le renfermé et l’humidité Il y avait une odeur d'égout dans une des salles de bain Il manque des infos pratiques sur l’utilisation de la maison: interrupteurs, … Interrupteurs La 5eme chambre est ds une mezzanine qui est accessible par une échelle raide > ce n’est pas agréable, à tout age> c’est une maison pour 8 personnes

Superb location and excellent sized property. But not maintained or clean. Needs updating. Reached at 10pm. Was not informed about a late charge until the day before arriving. Normal check in times4-8pm. So was asked to pay €100 for arriving at10pm. The swimming pool suite had a film of dust on the furniture. The curtains wouldn’t close and let the light in early morning. So couldn’t sleep in. Doors of the bathrooms wouldn’t close properly and had to pulled hard to close. However, we still had a great time in Alghero. The location and views are excellent. The short walk to the rocky beach is wonderful under the moonlight. It was good but can be a great property with little more maintenance.

gutes Ferienhaus mit großartigen Blick

3 Doppelzimmer im Haupthaus und 1 Doppelzimmer im Poolhaus sind prima Ferienhaus-Zimmer. Vergleichsweise gut ausgestattete Küche mit einem großen Esstisch, falls es mal zu kühl für den sehr schönen Esstisch auf der Terrasse ist. Auch der Salzwasser-Pool ist wirklich schön.

Wunderschöne angelegt aber reparaturbedürftig

Wunderschön, sehr sauber, aber mit einer ganzen Reihe von Mängeln ( herausragende Schrauben der Holzwege, defekter Kühlschrank im Poolhaus, defekte Klimaanlage in einem der Zimmer, defekter Sonnenschutz, defektes Insektenschutzrollo) Den private Zugang zum Meer kann man zu Schwimmen kaum nutzen. Aber Ausblicke, an denen man sich nicht satt sehen kann. Fußläufig ist nichts zu erreichen.

Hello The fridge is repaired, the air conditioning works in all the rooms. You should have asked Silvia to explain how the appliances work. The villa is 4 km from Alghero and the sandy beaches. The access from the villa to the sea is to some coves, where it is possible to swim, but they are not beaches. We hope you had a good holiday in our villa.

Fantastische Aussicht, schönes Objekt, Wartung notwendig

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind fantastisch, die Aussicht(en) von den verschiedenen Sitzgruppen traumhaft, der lange Esstisch aussen ein Traum. Im Detail fehlt ein bisschen das "Kümmern" - wie andere Besucher schon schrieben klemmt es hier und da bzw. funktioniert etwas nicht. Alles nicht schlimm und würde uns auch nicht von einer Wiederkehr abhalten - aber der Eindruck, dass Missstände nicht behoben werden, ist schade. Insgesamt aber absolut empfehlenswert, wir hatten eine sehr, sehr schöne Zeit dort.

Lovely villa with beautiful sea views

We had a fabulous stay in this spacious villa. The pool and views from the pool were amazing, communication with the owner and Silvia was easy and made our arrival at the villa very straightforward. Maybe not the best place to take small children but that wasn’t a problem for us. We would love to come back!

Warme und sonnige Oktobertage direkt am Meer

Die Lage des Objekts direkt am Meer ist phantastisch. Die Ferienvilla ist zudem optimal zu handeln. Güte und Ausstattung rechtfertigen den Preis. Wenn jetzt noch in der Winterpause die Handwerker kommen und Türschlösser und Wasserhähne reparieren sollte sich jeder hier wohlfühlen.

Sehr schönes Objekt mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf Meer und Küstenstrasse. Großer Salzwasserpool, grosses Grundstück mit vielen gemütlichen Ecken. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Müllentsorgung ist allerdings etwas umständlich und ca. 6 km entfernt.

Wir, vier Erwachsene waren vom 18. bis zum 25.September in dieser Villa, Super Lage, schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht von Alghero und auf Capo Caccia. Schöner Garten/Park, neue Bäder. Was uns nicht gefallen hatte: Das Haus konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden, da die Schlösser im Wintergarten und im Poolhaus defekt waren, Whirlpoll und Poolbeleuchtung waren außer Betrieb. Der Besuch eines Handwerkers wäre zwingend erforderlich..
