It is just five miles south of the historic town of Launceston with its iconic medieval castle set high on a hill. The Stables has its own cobbled south-facing courtyard with lawned garden. The owners live next door. The Springer Spaniel pub and restaurant is 1 mile and Tre Pol Pen farm shop and cafe is 2 miles away.
