Single storey house with capacity up to 6 people.
The house has:
* 2 sunny and cozy bedrooms, 1 of them with baby bed
* 1 living room with TV and a comfortable double sofa bed,
* 1 pellet fireplace
* 2 toilets one of which with hydromassage shower cabin,
* kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes machine, stove, oven, combined refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, crockery and utensils.
* Surrounded garden, with leisure areas, outdoor shower, barbecue and dining area.
* The outdoor space is not shared, it is for the exclusive use of your reservation. The first floor is not occupied.

Free wiffi throughout the space.

The area is calm, quiet and safe.
Set in a region rich in beaches and historical monuments, the village is 2 km from Salgado Beach and 4 km from São Martinho do Porto Beach and 6 km from Nazaré Beach.

If you choose to visit some of the historical sites of our history, you will have a short distance to the medieval village of Óbidos and its castle, the Monastery of Alcobaça and Batalha, the Marian Shrine of Fatima and the largest Buddhist Garden in Europe.

At 110 km from the city of Lisbon the access via the A8 is fast for those to our country through the Lisbon airport.

If you travel by motorcycle you can store it inside the space.

Very nice accommodation

It was a very nice furnished and clean place to stay for a few days near the sea. We very much enjoyed the time and the area there. The location directly at the street is not the best but the garden between the two flats is very beautiful. Also the hosts are very friendly and help with everything.

Wonderful stay

A very cozy and clean home with a beautiful little court yard. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms nice with ample space to hang the cloths. The hosts, Helenio and Ana, were very attentive. Not only did they provide us with enough coffee, hand soap, toilet paper and dish and cloth washing utensils that we did not have to rush out and buy them but welcomed us with a little basket full of goodies. I can full heartedly recommend a stay in that property. We are recomending

Vacances moto à famalicao

La location dans laquelle nous avons séjourné est bien équipée et spacieuse. Il y a baby, fléchettes et autres jeux qui permettent de se divertir. Le seul point noir est l'impossibilité de garer une moto dans l'enceinte de la location car il y a une marche de 80 cm de hauteur à franchir et pas de trottoir!. L'annonce stipule pourtant que les motards sont bienvenus. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et nous ont permis de garer la moto dans leur cour située à environ 300 métres de la location. Pas idéal tout de même.

Wenn man das Haus von außen sieht vermutet man nicht das sich dahinter ein Juwel versteckt..Alles liebevoll eingerichtet.Es war alles vorhanden.Sobald es Probleme gab,wurde es zeitnah erledigt.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans la casa da roseira, parfaitement équipée. Tout y a été pensé pour que rien ne manque au quotidien, à tel point qu'on s'y sent comme chez soi ! Nos hôtes ont été disponibles et très accueillants. La maison est idéalement située pour toutes les visites touristiques et d'une propreté très appréciée. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir. Espaço extremamente surpreendente no sentido em que as espectativas melhoraram é muito após a chegada ! Recepção maravilhosa anfitriões super simpáticos e disponíveis , privacidade ao máximo , como se de nossa cada se tratasse ! Vårt boende i Famalicao utföll till största belåtenhet för oss såväl som för våra hundar. Ana och Herminio bemötte oss med stor vänlighet och omsorg. Utmärkt service och information. Fräscht och rent boende och en synnerligen trivsam innergård. Boendet ligger vid huvudvägen N242 men den stör inte det minsta. Innergården upplevde vi som tyst och vildam. Bra närhet till Nazare och andra sevärda platser i regionen. Sammanfattningsvis ett alldeles utnärkt boende till ett bra pris.
