First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric convector heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Cot and highchair. Courtyard with garden furniture. Courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue (shared). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a stream in the grounds, 400 yards away.. These two holiday cottages are set in a glorious, rural location, adjacent to the owner’s home. A short distance away is South Molton, full of fine Georgian buildings, shops and a market every Thursday and Saturday. Within easy reach is a sandy beach at Instow, and there are sands and surfing waves at Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe. Visit the market towns of Barnstaple and Bideford, whose quayside offers regular boat crossings to Lundy Isle. To the north lies gorgeous Exmoor National Park, with the famed resorts of Lynton and Lynmouth which are joined by a cliff railway. There are National Trust properties at Knightshayes Court and Arlington Court. The area offers trips out for the cyclist - follow the Tarka Trail or the coastal path from Barnstaple to Braunton. Hire cycles at Barnstaple or Eggesford. Shop and restaurant 4 miles, pub serving food 2 miles.
