Fantastic holiday cottage! Spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming.
Fantastic holiday cottage! Spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming. Well-equipped for self-catering. Comfy beds and sofas. Hot tub was a real treat and had lovely views across the countryside. We enjoyed the tennis court and play area. Only a short drive to New Quay and Aberaeron. A lovely, peaceful setting.

It is a superb cottage very clean finished to a high standard.
It is a superb cottage very clean finished to a high standard.. the only downside is that it is miles away from anywhere... you cannot walk to the shop as it's too far up and down hills alot. It is ok if you like to be in the middle of nowhere and away from everything

Lovely cottage in a great location.
Lovely cottage in a great location. Very clean and spacious, the hot tub was amazing. Only thing that i would point out is there's no wifi and barely ay signal either making it hard to plan days out etc on the internet. Other than that a very enjoyable and pleasant stay.

This was a fantastic base to explore this part of Wales.
This was a fantastic base to explore this part of Wales. The cottage had everything we needed and more. Our children loved playing tennis every night while I made the dinner. We loved to unwind in the hot tub after long walks and hot days.

The cottages have been tastefully renovated to a very high standard.
The cottages have been tastefully renovated to a very high standard. They sit on their own piece of land in a very peaceful location about 3 miles from the main coastal road. Tan y Derwen is very well equipped including dishwasher and washing machine. The hot tub was very welcome after long walks on the welsh coastal path. The location is perfect to explore the surrounding area although there is only a pub in the village so you need to venture further into Aberaeron for supplies etc. The welcome pack of local bread, butter & jam was a nice touch. I was very impressed overall and will certainly be returning and would recommend.
