Enclosed garden with terrace, patio and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car, 100 metres. Electric Vehicle Charging Point available. No smoking.. Polgew Studio provides an opportunity to stay in a spacious holiday property which looks directly towards St Michaels Mount and Mounts Bay and is just 3-4 minutes from the long sandy beach 200meters. This ground floor studio apartment, below the owner’s home and at the same location as Polgew Apartment (TO2), is well furnished and offers 432sq.ft. of accommodation. Watch the world go by from the patio in the award-winning garden. The town of Marazion has restaurants, art galleries and shops, or enjoy a drink or meal at the hotel overlooking the magnificent castle on the Mount. Further afield is the maritime town of Penzance, fishing village of Newlyn and famous harbour at Mousehole are a short distance away. All major supermarkets are to be found within 2 miles of Penzance. The main line Rail Station in Penzance is some 3 miles away and the hosts can provide transport to and from Station if required. The bus stop for services to Helston in the southeast and westerly to Penzance, including the popular open top bus around the Peninsula are within 150 meters of Polgew. Shop and pub 1/2 mile distant.

Loved spending a week at the Studio.

Loved spending a week at the Studio. The welcome and on-going friendliness and genuine care from Diane was nothing like we had encounted before - what a lovely lady. She wanted us to have the very best time possible, even with late October weather and the Covid situation. Some people had mentionned, in the visitors book, that they wished they had known there wasn't an oven in the property - this did not cause us any concern, as the microwave was also a conventional oven and grill. Even though the kitchen is tiny they relly have made the very best of space and facilities ... it's a studio after all ;-) Saying that - the bathroom was huge and the shower fabulous! Sadly didn't get chance for a soak in the enormous bath. We thoroughly enjoyed getting away from it all, and when we weren't out walking on the coast path we absolutely loved relaxing there; the sofa is lovely and comfy. We even managed to snatch an hour sitting outside on the patio, having a cup of tea and pasty looking at the lovely views. Just perfect. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Polgew studio was superb, our hosts were perfect and the location is impressive. It has the best of all worlds, the south west coastal path passes just a few hundred metres in front of the property. Lots of lovely walking, wildlife, and peace and tranquillity. The beaches are very good. We swam in Praa Sands and Housel Bay. If you drive for five minutes to Longrock there are three major supermarkets and lots of other retail outlets. Easy access to Lands End, St Ives, and the Lizard Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
