Nestled peacefully in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, adjacent to National Trust land, Higher Tresmorn boasts some truly spectacular sea views. This is the ideal spot in which to relax and unwind. The 16th-century farm buildings have been converted to a very high standard retaining plenty of character and charm. The Annexe sits adjacent to the owner’s farmhouse. With its galleried bedroom over open-plan living area, it is a very romantic hideaway while The Roundhouse is a superb, open-plan detached property with sea views from the patio and a cosy wood-burning stove for those colder evenings.
Dramatic views can be enjoyed from the coastal path or walks along the cliff top discovering the many hidden coves. A beautiful, quiet and secluded part of Cornwall rich in natural beauty and character. Take to the surf at Crackington Haven or Widemouth Bay or explore the many rockpools. Whether surfing, walking the coastal path, playing golf, fishing or simply relaxing, this stunning location has something for everyone. Crackington Haven is just a few mintues’ drive and has an excellent beach shop and tea rooms and beachside pub serving good food. The popular resort of Bude is just 12 miles and has an excellent range of shops and restaurants along with tennis, surf school, indoor splash pool, bowling and three more sandy beaches. Very welcoming owner and a wonderful setting. Nice sized property although for 5 of us there wasn’t enough kitchen worktop space. Attention to detail was needed in places to make it an even better experience. Light in second downstairs bedroom has a lampshade that’s severely cracked - and no bulb so we had to rely on table lamps. Lights at the bottom of the stairs not working. Recycling is great to do - but bags really need to be provided in the property so you can take it to the bins in one go. Having only 10 pegs on the line made drying washing outside difficult as did not having a basket for wet washing. Welcome pack - wine is lovely but not needed at 3pm on arrival - a hot drink to us was much more important. The 5 tea bags and 2 sachets of sugar didn’t help the coffee drinkers of the group or the others who take sugar. The milk was helpful to have.

What a fabulous location, and such a cosy, characterful and well laid out cottage. It is by far the cleanest pet friendly place we have stayed at, and the COVID secure arrangements were well explained and implemented - and in no way detracted from our holiday. We will definitely be heading back there. Thanks for a great holiday!

We had a lovely time at the roundhouse. For those wanting to get away from everything this is perfect, a car is certainly required to get about.
The roundhouse is a good base to go exploring with the costal path a 10 minute walk away, Bude is 20 minutes away by car, and is certainly a good base for exploring

A lovely stay in Cornwall in a very attractive property. 10 minutes walk down to the coast and great to have lots of room with 3 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Can sit outside and eat meals whilst looking over to the sea in the distance. We would certainly go again.

Second time in the Roundhouse.
Second time in the Roundhouse. The cottage is comfortable, spacious and warm. The kitchen is well equipped. Don't expect sleek modernity, more like rural charm! Good location for surfing and walking and great views. Wi-fi in cottage, very necessary as the mobile reception can be intermittent. Additionally Tresmorn Farm is one of the easier holiday cottages to get to - those Cornish country lanes can be a challenge for us townies! Hope to visit again.

We had a lovely stay here for five days - a family of four.
We had a lovely stay here for five days - a family of four. Very quiet location and great hiking. Unfortunately, our 15 year old had a broken toe before we arrived, so he didn't enjoy as much hiking as we had hoped, but really excellent walking.
