Set on the banks of the River Aire, this carefully appointed end terrace cottage enjoys lovely views directly onto the river and to the countryside beyond. As such it makes a wonderful retreat in which to relax or walk directly from the door. Just a short drive from the bustling market town of Skipton with it’s Norman Castle standing proudly at the top of its broad sweeping high street, here you will find a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants together with a golf course and leisure centre. For those wishing to spoil themselves Coniston Cold Hotel, 2 miles, offers spa treatments in luxurious surroundings, together with clay pigeon shooting, off road driving, all topped off with a restaurant with spectacular views over a man-made lake. Harrogate is 25 miles away and has enough shops for the most ardent shopaholics – and Betty’s serving its famous afternoon teas. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
