This recent house with wood frame in a very quiet area will charm you. It consists of 2 dwellings, one for 5 people maximum and the other 10. Each unit has a sun terrace and on different sides of the house.
The 2 bedrooms Acapulco 2 are upstairs and the bathroom with toilet. There is also WC on the ground floor.
The beach of Ste Marguerite is about 500 meters. There is a children's club, a sailing club and a beach restaurant.
The tourist attractions of Pornichet and its surroundings are numerous:

Cette location se situe idéalement pour allier l'accès à la mer (500 m) et la découverte de la ville et des nombreuses activités proposées par celle-ci, pour les petits et les grands. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité et la disponibilité de Christine.

Très belle location avec une localisation idéale

Très belle location fonctionnelle et bien située, au calme tout en étant proche de la mer. La mitoyenneté n'est quasiment pas visible pendant le séjour car les espaces sont bien séparés. Merci à Christine pour sa patience le jour de notre arrivée malgré nos 2 à 3 heures de retard! :)

Nous avons passé 2 semaines super agréable avec nos petits enfants ,la maison est bien équipée , très calme et sécurisée avec une belle terrasse bien exposée qui permet de profiter de bon moment au soleil!! en laissant les enfants courir dans l'herbe. Nous remercions M.Mme CHAUVIN pour leur gentillesse et leurs bons conseils pour découvrir les environs. Alors , peut être à l'année prochaine!....

location très plaisante

Nous avons passé un très bon we prolongé. Logement neuf, équipé, confortable, calme, très bien situé. La plage est à à peine 10 minutes à pied. Jardin clos, extra pour les enfants. La propriétaire est très gentille et disponible. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
