Villa 500 m from Ste Marguerite beach
This recent house with wood frame in a very quiet area will charm you. It consists of 2 dwellings, one for 5 people maximum and the other 10. Each unit has a sun terrace and on different sides of the house.
The 2 bedrooms Acapulco 2 are upstairs and the bathroom with toilet. There is also WC on the ground floor.
The beach of Ste Marguerite is about 500 meters. There is a children's club, a sailing club and a beach restaurant.
The tourist attractions of Pornichet and its surroundings are numerous:
* The coast of Love to Piriac sur Mer.
* The medieval city of Art and History of Guérande, its ramparts, Collegiate Saint Aubin.
* The small cities of Batz sur Mer and Le Croisic.
* The bay of La Baule.
* The salt marshes, its museum and all the peninsula Guérandaise.
* The Regional Natural Park of Brière, with the villages of Kerhinet, Bréca ... carriage rides and barges
* The Océarium of Croisic.
* The coastal paths from Pouliguen to Croisic and many hiking trails.

* The submarine base of Saint Nazaire: Escal'atlantique, submarine L'Espadon
