Perfect house for a family get-together for 10 of us (6 adults and 4 children).
Perfect house for a family get-together for 10 of us (6 adults and 4 children). Great location being close to Skegness and local shops and takeaways in Wainfleet within walking distance (don't get caught out, as they don't take card payments - cash only!). Plenty of room in the house for us all, it was cosy and warm, and bedrooms were a good size. Hot tub was perfect, and very well-received.
We booked for the weekend with family members to celebrate a 70th birthday. On arrival, we were amazed at the beautiful house and were very impressed with the high spec furnishings and sizes of the rooms. The bedrooms were so spacious and the quality again was excellent with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The hot tub was amazing and extremely clean as was the whole house. We all had an amazing stay and will certainly be booking again
We arrived on a Friday early evening and it was pouring down. But it didn't matter we were really impressed but the accommodation. It's a converted barn with plenty of space and all amenities. The rooms were spacious and lovely furniture.
The hottub was lovely and warm and we all enjoyed it.
Being a short distance from Skegness it was ideal.

This cottage was beautiful, in an amazing area really quiet but also just a short drive to busy holi
This cottage was beautiful, in an amazing area really quiet but also just a short drive to busy holiday beaches etc. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the bed, they was so uncomfortable, everyone in our party commented the same. It was a bit like sleeping on concrete. They was clean and bedding was lovely, just really hard mattress. Loads of cutlery and kitchen equipment, not having an opening window in the kitchen wasn’t ideal.Apart from the two above, it was ideal and would recommend to everyone.
