It has a close proximity to Shoalstone Pool, an open-air seawater pool, and Berry Head Country Park and Nature Reserve. Breakwater Beach, the marina and town centre are also close by, giving you easy access to all the town’s amenities and attractions.

There are so many places to visit in the area, including award-winning Paignton Zoo and Agatha Christie’s summer house, Greenway. Take a boat over to Torquay and see the penguins roam freely at Living Coasts, explore its marina or take in a show at the theatre. Dartmouth is just a ferry ride away, with its castle, independent shops and steam train. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
