Quiet 30sqm apartment with internal, central and functional view.

Comfortable apartment with attention to detail can accommodate up to 3 people.
It is equipped with a foldaway King size double bed and a foldaway single bed.
The American kitchen, modern and separated from the living area by curtains with automatic sliding rail, is fully equipped and has an induction hob, dining table, refrigerator, moka coffee maker, microwave oven, citrus juicer and everything needed for cooking. The bathroom is equipped with shower and hairdryer, plus a practical air heating system!
Towel and bed linen sets are provided for each guest.

Additional services available to guests: unlimited WiFi, air conditioning, independent heating, full HD 32 ”satellite TV, armored door and soundproofed windows with blackout curtains.

Guests will have full access to all areas of the house, and there are no shared spaces.

We are available to guests for any requests and information, so as to make the stay interesting and well organized.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be requested, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.

Please note that check-ins must be agreed directly with the structure and require a supplement as follows: - 21.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.
