Disappointing!
Bathtub drains very slowly.
Black mold on bathroom tiles.
No kitchen cloth or sponge available to wash dishes.
Spare blanket was not fresh.
Only one extra pillow.
No staff to phone. No answer. Only email.
No number on door/ signage. Walked past building several times.

Hi _____, thank you for your feedback, it is very important for us.
For this accommodation is expected that our guests can enter by their self, collecting the keys or opening with an electronic keys in according with our listing.
We are sorry for the lack of communication, our guests support is available to respond every day from 08:30 to 23:30 by email or the reservation chat. From one week before the arrival we ask to our guests to complete the check in online. After that our guests they receive the instructions with text, and video supports, that may help them to enter the apartment and it is supposed the guests arrive in front of the building, knowing what to do. But anyway our team is available to respond back.
We are sorry if there was a issue with the buthtube, we will check if there is something can be improved for the future guests coming. Take care and all the best!
