The apartment is located in a very quiet area, just opposite the bay of Pollença. Renovated in 2018, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large terrace with sea views. The sea is just across the apartment.
Large and bright sitting/dining area and open kitchen.
Easy access area, great for parking.
Nice walk to the center of Puerto Pollensa, there are some restaurant very close. Being located almost in the center of the bay there is always a nice sea breeze that makes the stay in the apartment very pleasant.
Perfect place for water sports lovers.

Great place. Great views. Peaceful.

Lovely apartment in a good spot giving fantastic views and peaceful. Not many supermarkets nearby and a fair walk to centre/square if you have any mobility issue. Taxis are decently priced. Would Def return again. Host was extremely helpful

Traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf das Meer und die Berge

Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung, die für sechs Personen ausgelegt ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung. Für sechs Personen gibt es nicht ausreichend Geschirr in der ansonsten gut ausgestatteten Küche.

Leuke vakantiewoning in de zomer

De woning ligt wat buiten Pollenca. Het uitzicht is mooi. In de winter is het er echter wat eenzaam. De woning wordt met een pellet-kachel verwarmd (naast de airco's) en dat werkt prima. Zoals in elke vakantiewoning is er een aantal aandachtspuntjes voor de verhuurder. Met de verhuurders is uitstekend te communiceren.

Todo perfecto, buena ubicación, sitio muy tranquilo y frente al mar. El único inconveniente fue que las duchas no tragaban bien desde que llegamos y en alguna ocasión se salía el agua del plato de la ducha, pero nada que nos impidiera disfrutar de la estancia. Por lo demás, no utilizamos la cocina, sólo para desayunar ya que comiamos fuera pero todo estaba en muy buen estado y camas cómodas. Lo mejor, la terraza es muy agradable.

Perfect Location

The location was quiet without being remote. It was a ten to fifteen minute walk to the beach depending upon where you set up camp. Thoroughly enjoyed our stayed and would like to return next year!

6 Days in Pollenca

Excellent location - near a few restaurants nearby and in a quiet neighborhood. It was nice to cross the road and take a swim. Our only recommendations are there should have been paper towels and there needs to be some pot holders. And it would be good to fix the ceiling lamp in the entry way so the door does not bang into it every time you open it. We'll stay there again if we g to Mallorca.

The apartment is in a nice location, beautiful view over the sea and mountains. The living room appears bigger on the pictures; the dish washer doesnt work very well unfortunately; The Agency was very friendly and the communication worked well. All in all a solid and good accomodation!

Séjour à Mallorca

Agréable, propre, super vue. A 1,5 km du centre, soit y aller en voiture, soit pour les marcheurs super promenade compter 20 à 30 minutes à pied. Centre de Port Pollença vivant avec un grand choix de restaurants et de cafés pour tout les goûts (Local, touristique, prix).

Beautiful location in clean, modern apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Puerto Pollensa. We stayed over Christmas in December and the apartment was clean, warm and in a beautiful location. Every morning we watched the sunrise over the sea and enjoyed the sea views from the sunny garden. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay and would definitely go back!

Quiet location with great sea view, a modern clean apartment. Great air-con and TV would highly recommend for family such as ours with young kids and/or seniors. Port Pollenca is a classy location, beautiful beaches, restaurants and not overly developed. Great mountain backdrop and a cyclists dream!
