Just over a mile from the coast is this converted diary, within driving distance of Truro and the Eden Project.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating and electricity (£10per week October–April), bed linen and towels included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: As this is a working farm, children must be supervised at all times.. Just over a mile from coast. Situated just over a mile from the North Cornwall Coast and the sandy beaches of Porthtowan with its saltwater bathing pool and St Agnes, this single storey property is a converted dairy situated on a working farm, tucked away along a private lane but within easy reach of the A30 and a myriad of coastal footpaths. Only 8 miles from Truro, you can easily visit the west of the country or explore the Eden Project or a spot of surfing 4 miles away on Perranporth sandy beach. Situated in a rural position on the outskirts of the village of Mount Hawke which provides a florist and village stores and is an ideal base for touring and walking. Shop 1 mile and pub 1½ miles.

Cosy hideaway with all mod cons.

A beautiful peaceful spot, not far from the coast, the accommodation was very clean, warm and comfortable with a lovely garden for sunny days.

A really great place to stay.

A really great place to stay. Everything we needed and probably the best we have stayed in. Good location for visiting other beaches etc and Porthtowan is just a mile away and a great beach. Welcome pack was much appreciated. Originally booked a week but stayed for two! Will come again hopefully.

This was our second stay at The Old Dairy. The perfect place to retreat after a day spent exploring. The cottage has every thing you need. Its clean comfortable and very well equipped. The location is so peaceful with a private garden and patio. The perfect place to unwind and relax.

We loved everything about our week here at the Old Dairy, the cottage had everything you needed both inside and outside. Mark and Jo were really friendly and the welcome pack was very much appreciated. We enjoyed exploring this part of Cornwall and the coastal path was spectacular. Would definitely hope to return here.

One of the best cottages that we have been to.

One of the best cottages that we have been to. Well designed, and containing everything for a great holiday. Ideal location - close to the A30 to allow travel to all attractions. Close to the sea and sand, for a fun day with the family. Highly recommend it.

This was our 3rd visit, and we are already planning a 4th, so we are very big fans. Off the beaten track, yet 5-7 mins from St Agnes and 12-15 mins to the centre of Truro. So quiet, so comfy, so cosy. We were there at the end of March when the calves were being born, so there is lots to see on the farm.

A really lovely place.

A really lovely place. I cant fault it, apart from two tiny things: The bed was a little narrow and short, and the electrics didnt entirely conform to best practice - the floor light was plugged into an extension cable that was plugged into another extension cable . It was safe, but had the potential for problems if somebody spilt a drink whilst sitting next to it. Apart from that, so quiet and delightful.
