Wet Room: Shower, Toilet. Central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Cot, travel cot and highchair available on request. Laundry facilities (shared with owner). Lawned garden with garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site, and owner). Fishing on-site (licence required). Electric car charging point (£8 per night, by prior arrangement with the owner). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced pond nearby.. Excellent base for Dartmoor. In a lovely rural setting on the outskirts of Cheriton Bishop, 1 mile north of the Dartmoor National Park, is this well presented, single storey holiday cottage, 8 miles from Exeter with many attractions. On your doorstep the park offers marvellous walking, climbing, pony trekking and superb scenery. Nearby enjoy glorious walking through the Teign Gorge and the dramatic moorlands of Dartmoor, or visit Castle Drogo (NT), the Canonteign Falls and the Miniature Pony Centre. There are also lots of outdoor activities on offer, including coarse fishing onsite (licence required, tackle available to borrow), golfing, riding and tennis. Evening meals available for a small cost using fresh local produce. Shop and pub with food 1 mile.
