There is a slipway for launching boats, an 18-hole golf course, bowling green, sports centre and children’s play area. Local attractions include Muncaster Castle, World Owl Centre, Ravenglass to Eskdale Narrow Gauge Railway and the western Lake District area. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
