Great location but...

The good: The property is located right in the heart of Vail. You can walk anywhere in Vail in a few minutes. The unit was clean very spacious and had balconies overlooking Bridge street. The not so good: There is no parking so you have to pay to park at the Vail parking structure. Check-in is in another building which is a short walk. You have to carry your luggage from the parking structure or the check-in location. Finally this condo is located directly above a pizza/Italian restaurant. You can expect a fair amount of noise from all of the activity. Finally the entire condo smells very strongly of grease and pizza. Had the condo not had the overpowering smell this would be an amazing place.

Broken and old furniture. Internet with bad signal and very slow Stained carpet Few kitchen accessories Bad smell all the time from restaurant downstairs Bad lighting Don´t allow access of cars to the entrance, problem to carry suitcases and groseries. The price is to high for what you get. Alldough the manager John, was nice and helpful.

Clean, convenient and spacious, but bring ear plugs

This gorgeous, updated unit was steps from the gondola and loaded with amenities. Our one issue came from the fact that the unit sits right above a pizza restaurant that has a very popular (noisy!) bar that stays open quite late (well after 1 am). The drunk and rowdy patrons exiting the bar kept us awake until after 2. In addition, the entire unit was continuously inundated with the odor of pizza (which, honestly, seemed more an odor of burnt pizza). For many, depending on sensitivity to smells and noise, the pluses of this unit may outweigh the minuses.

Being located right in the heart of Vail Village pedestrian area certain noise levels are expected . However the entire building is replacing all windows with noise canceling windows to provide more comfort for future patrons . We do hope to welcome you back again soon. Location in Vail Village is Amazing!

We stayed Memorial Weekend at this location. It is as "in the middle" of Vail Village as you can possibly be; amazing location! The staff were helpful at check-in and after, the heated pool was a nice extra amenity, and the cleaning staff did a great job everyday. The one critique I have is the amenities within the condo are slightly subpar (i.e. broken toaster, weak dishwasher, super slow internet, small TV attached to the side wall that has one set of AV cables you have to switch between the DVD and cable box). I would stay here again in a heartbeat despite these minor things. Thanks!
