Renting both houses is only allowed for multiple families not large groups of friends. We recently purchased this house (the one you are looking at now) and are excited to be able to offer both houses to our guests. Ideal location for both summer & winter activities, 2 miles from Tahoe City and close to ski areas, hiking & biking trails, shops and restaurants.

A bright open floor plan, with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, accommodates 6-8 people. The large sunny deck is equipped with BBQ & patio furniture. The comfortable furnishings, HDTVs, AppleTv, DVD, and Sonos whole house audio offer the comforts of home away from home. The house also includes high-speed internet access and wireless access point. Children are welcome and the inclusion of a port-a-crib and booster seat, plus plenty of toys & games, make it a very child friendly vacation rental.

The property includes access to the Tahoe Park private beach with 2 piers, BBQs, picnic tables, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, lawn and playground for children.
